Good location, hotel clean but for four people is a big small in the room and then the staff cannot speak English so if you need anything, maybe you have to figure it out by yourself but all is nice

Great location in center of Sapporo. on site underground parking was a great feature. Many convenience stores and dining places nearby.

The buffet breakfast is particularly good and exceeds our expectation. Overall, our stay is a nice experience although there is an 8-minute walking distance between the hotel and Sapporo Station.

Cannot find hotel location with its Chinese name”漢字”-新大谷 in google maps. Suggest to put a notice on description such as please google the hotel location by “New Otani inn”

For the price, its worth it but the rooms are outdated and dirty. The bidet was filthy. However location wise, its good.

It is a nice hotel that cleans rooms every 3rd day of the stay.

Good location

This is the hotel we stayed at during the Snow Festival. It's close to the festival, the clock tower, and the TV tower. The room was spacious and the bathtub was big, so we were able to relax.

This time I went to Sapporo to attend the Snow Festival. The hotel was conveniently located, but it was a bit difficult to drag the luggage through some semi-icy roads. On the last day, I chose to send the large luggage to the airport by express delivery, and the front desk staff was helpful.

The location is very good. You can get there through the underground passage after getting off at Sapporo Station, and you only need to walk a small part of the ground. The nearest one is Exit 22, but there is no elevator, which is not very convenient for people with luggage!

The hotel is a bit old, you can tell by looking at the air conditioner remote control The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to JR Sapporo Station, not far from the TV Tower and Tanukikoji, and the price is very affordable

There are four of us, and this room has four beds, so each person can sleep in one, without worrying about not sleeping well at night. There is also a table in the room, so the four of us can sit at the table and talk.
