There is an automatic check-in system which is very convenient. There is a free parking space attached, and even if it is full, there is a free parking lot 3 minutes away, and there is also a lot of free street parking. When I checked in, I found a small sparrow resting outside the window frame, which showed that the environment was quiet and comfortable.

Although there were some problems with the housekeeping on the day of check-in, the boss and his wife came to deal with it immediately after contacting them. I forgot my power bank at the hotel, and they sent it back to me immediately. They also treated us to coffee and small cakes.

The old hostel was transformed into a new hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are newly decorated and quite comfortable. The room I stayed in did not have its own refrigerator, but there were refrigerators and water dispensers in the public spaces on each floor.

The service was okay, but there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and there were blood stains and hair on the bed. It was a bit hard to sleep on, and the cleaning could be improved.

服務人員親切，商旅剛裝潢沒很久，一切都滿新穎的；熱水水壓很強，冷氣很舒服，床好睡，我來入住很多次了，CP值很好的一家商旅，唯獨只有隔音效果較差一點。

比較復古建築物，行動不便的要注意，要走樓梯的，房間沒有冰箱

建議房間清潔後，可以多開窗或開冷氣除溼功能，看能不能去房間的怪味，但待久了可能味覺也就習慣了，不影響住宿。

位置還是很好找，衛生也還行，可是設施真的太舊，沒有電梯就算了，馬桶真的很容易堵住，還要跑到一樓才能上，沒有前台根本找不到人，價格本身就不便宜了吧😢隔音不好

所在區域周邊有超商、知名飲料店、餐廳，十分便利。飯店採自助入、退房也很方便，推薦給到溪湖遊玩的人入住。但有些小建議希望可以提供給飯店參考改善： 1. 停車場的感應燈的設置雖可節能，但亮的時間太短，在晚上沒有其他燈光的情況下，上下行李非常不方便； 2. 這次入住四人房共三個晚上，浴室使用上感到困擾。由於廁所與浴室沒有乾濕分離，且蓮蓬頭水壓過大，一開水就把馬桶及衛生紙都淋濕了，再加上置物架位於淋浴區，完全無法放置衣物、浴巾及衛生紙等會濕的物品... 建議至少將置物架換個位子，以便能於淋浴時放置物品。
