When I stayed, my experience was that the hospitality was very good, the HR crew was good, the place was suitable, what was lacking when I stayed was that the hot water didn't turn on properly, the reason was that it was being repaired, the parking area was also being repaired, for cleanliness, notes are below the bed has a lot of dirt accumulated

Kamar lantai 3 tidak ada lift, AC Mato tengah malam..

Overall sudah bagus banget, cuma kamar saya kedapetan yang spreiny ada bercak nya
