Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park Reviews

Twin bed room, large enough for two adult and my two little kids. There is a bath and a shower space in the toilet. Also there is a public bath at 2/F. The table is a little bit small.

The hotel is nice and with reasonable size. Good if you have car because there is a distance from the hotel to the town center. The breakfast is good although no many variety but taste is fine.

A good, clean, and relatively new hotel with a public bath, a varied breakfast selection offering both Japanese and Western options, and a convenience store nearby. It's also located close to Nakajima Koen Station, Exit 1.

A standard hotel to stay in. Nothing out of expectations but well worth the money. Parking can be tricky here as it can be full and you’ll be directed to an alternative area. Room was clean and quiet. Food was standard.

Very comprehensive facilities to support customer for a good stay especially with the SPA set up. Very neat and clean room to provide a good rest to us. Convenient parking garage and easy to have subway or Airport bus. New decoration with adequate space in the room. Very acceptable. Buffet restaurant is relatively small and congested during rush hour, but overall food quality is excellent

Nice hotel , front desk lady is nice and helpful. Convenience store are nearby easy to hv snack at night.

Location is pretty good, near the Nakajima Park, just a few stops away from Sapporo Station on the North-South subway line. 5 min. walk from the subway station, manageable even with luggage & snow on the pavements. Two large convenient stores (Lawson & 7-11) just downstairs near-by. Check-in at the reception is a breeze, with super-clear (English) instructions & details for our pleasant stay there for 2 nights. Room is small (typical Japanese) but adequate, very clean. Hotel offers a nice, large public onsen bath, which is a bit of a surprise to us in central Sapporo! One morning, when we went out to walk to the subway station. It started snowing, and we couldn't help stop at the corner of the park (next to the subway entrance) to take photos of the scenic white field with lines of snow-topped trees! My kid went on playing snow there ......

Near to IBIS style hotel, 500 meter to Nakajima Park, near to Nakajima Subway, near to Susukino ,walking distance, nearby kebab shop.  Room is excellent. Yukata for family, coffee machine. Can store bag.

Nice room space with pleasant breakfast and public bath room.

The hotel is new and clean. Very very clean. Staffs were quick to resolved a problem we had. Onsen area was great. On-site parking was convenient.

New, clean efficient service hotel with large common bath is highly recommended to anyone. There are do many nice eating places in 3 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is rather expensive though.

Good location and services. Almost new facilities. Excellent hotel.

Only thing was impressive was probably the sauna that was available. Onsen maybe due to high volume of customers was pretty filthy, had like dead skin floating everywhere, I was turned off by it during day 1, day 2 was slightly better. Overall services was pretty decent, however on the last day whilst trying to check out, tried to mail my snowboard over to the next hotel in furano, was turned down with the sole reasoning that "when too busy, we don't assist with this". Do understand with the policy though, just hoped there was a additional alternative as walking distance from sapporo station to there was considerably far. Place was in-between all the food areas so it was convenient to skid in and out thru the heavy snowfalls if it happens haha
