Splendid location, the room comes with a small private hot spring pool. The hotel is superbly designed and the staff is warm and friendly.

The environment of the hotel can be described as extremely pleasant, and the service is also extremely thoughtful and considerate. The room is even more magnificent and exquisitely beautiful. The feeling of soaking in the hot spring is really extremely comfortable and pleasant. However, the chair that is directly facing the window really makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. It is really stiff, and the back of the chair is pitifully short, and it simply cannot give the due support to the head and neck.

Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen is a haven of winter enchantment. The private onsen in our room unveiled a mesmerizing snowscape, creating a serene retreat. Dining was a culinary journey in a private room, with each dish a masterpiece. The attentive staff elevated our experience, their warm attitude leaving an indelible mark. A special flower arrangement for my proposal added a touch of magic. The breathtaking views of the lake and snow-laden trees completed the idyllic setting. Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen is a gem where luxury meets nature, crafting an unforgettable escape. We eagerly anticipate our return to this winter wonderland.

As soon as we arrived, a waiter helped carry our luggage to the room and served us with wine. After that, we were introduced to the hotel's facilities. (Remember to make a reservation in advance to get on the tour bus in Sapporo) The journey takes about an hour The hotel has spa services and a coffee machine for all-you-can-drink. Every dish for dinner will be introduced. After the meal, there are cakes and rice balls🍙Drinks can be brought to the room Breakfast semi-buffet includes salad bar and set meals The rooms and private baths look out to the snowy scenery and have great views. The hotel will take us to the bus station when we leave. The service is very good. The service and food are first-class. I will go there again if I have the chance.

The room was great, with a large space and complete facilities. It was so convenient to take a private bath that I wanted to spend the whole day in it. I also experienced a paid spa to relieve the fatigue of skiing during the day.

There is a free shuttle bus, the hotel service is very good, the environment is beautiful, you can always see the scenery outside, I will come again next time☺️

The room was very good, and the hotel service was quite good. But the location was a bit far from the town. The biggest problem with the room was that the hot spring water never stopped flowing, so you could still hear the sound of water when you were sleeping at night, and the bathroom was not soundproofed. I stayed in a hot spring hotel in Kyoto before, and its soundproofing was very good.

Hotel dinner and breakfast must be requested and eaten. It's so delicious!! There are no convenience stores nearby. When you come, be sure to buy food to eat in the evening and reserve a shuttle bus or Donan bus in advance before coming to the hotel! If you come without knowing, you'll suffer like me ㅠㅠ The staff's friendliness. The facilities, etc. are the best!

Overall it is worth recommending, the environment is quiet, the room size is good, but the height is low and it feels a bit depressing, the room facilities and private bath are good, the Japanese breakfast and Western dinner are quite exquisite, we stayed for five nights and didn't get tired of it, the non-speaking staff made communication difficult and misunderstandings were easy, but overall it was smooth!
