Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

Without giving me trip coin. I also want to recommend this hotel. Firstly, due to my connecting flight is delayed, hotel staff willing to assist me with my request. I do really appreciate the help they have given . Secondly is that, the location is just next to train station. It is superb for the location. Thirdly, the picturesquare view during autumn could just observed from my room. It is really amazing experience. This is my second time went to Hokkaido, twice I also stay at this hotel. Yes.coming Spring or winter I shall stay at same hotel . The breakfast is plenty of choices and I enjoy It. Thumb up ,

The hotel was very well location next to a major park. the hotel offered parking with a fee (1000 yen per day) which was convenient. The front desk offered higher floor room with nice view which was pleasant. they also offered welcome drinks upon check in.

The hotel is grand and elegant. Location was good as it is only walking distance to Nakajima park and Susukino. However it is an old hotel albeit well maintained. First night I had an experience there is bed bug but they responded promptly and change to another room. Things were fine after that. This hotel will be better if they provide more amenities like Onsen for the price . Also they don’t allow check in to the system and leave my luggage before if it is before 3 pm. I can only leave my lugggage there before 3 pm. Regardless, it is a decent hotel .

The location is fine, right next to the TV tower. We are a family of 4 so the room is not very big. However, overall it is clean. The only comment is that I tried to ask for an extra blanket but it’s not available.

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out. We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

Strategic location and spacious rooms with on site onsen / hot spring, let down partially by front desk behaviour and dated + limited amenities. We stayed here for 3 nights. The location cannot be beaten as it's only 100m to Tanukikoji and very near to Odori / Susukino subway stops. The room was also big, comfortable for 2 travellers. We also made full use of the onsen to shower there every night. However, some disappointments include front desk staff that seemed superficially polite who conveniently rejected our requests for bag storage, and also very limited amenities (no spoons in room, coffee machine on ground floor only open from 3pm to 9pm) that were very dated (a few items damaged in room and at onsen facility). We stayed at another hotel next door prior to this. I would only recommend La'gent to people who prioritise having a hot spring facility. There are better options nearby for comparable prices.
