Penha Longa Resort Reviews

The compound looks good at entrance, but at check-in it was horrifying. We are family got split across 3 floors and worse is we surrounded by a noisy group. When we asked reception why did they split us up, they say there nothing they could do about it, this is really a 3 star hotel service, not ritz Carlton We talked to the manager and he don’t understand why noise will affect our sleep! I am speechless, golf course wasn’t well maintained either. It’s a waste of the ritz Carlton brand and unless you plan to be drunk every day, I doubt you can relax.

The service is very good and the equipment is relatively new

Nine Points is a resort-type hotel with golf courses, hot springs, swimming pools, massages, children's areas, etc. There are small shops in the hotel. There are also Michelin restaurants. There are many kinds of breakfast! Very comfortable!
