The service is by far the best thing about our stay. The staff are helpful and informative, as well as attentive and communicative. The only thing that stood out was the logistics of maintaining the rooms. Two days in a row were marked by the need for cleaning in the absence of guests. As a suggestion, it would be a good idea to have air fresheners in the bathroom and two office chairs in the room in case of small meetings, co-working or smaller meals for two. It should also be added that the bathroom could have warmer, indirect lighting for small movements, in addition to the makeup light that already exists. I recommend staying at this hotel.

No toothbrush or toothpaste was given. I asked for two sets and was given one set. Breakfasts in Brazilian hotels are terrible, only bread and flimsy cakes. The room is not big, so you can make do with it, but the city center is said to be a bit dangerous and the security is not very good.
