Disappointing Experience – Paid for Two Rooms, Only Received One I booked and paid for two rooms at this property. When I arrived, only one room was available, and it had to be cleaned for me upon arrival. I was told I would receive a refund for the second room that was not provided, but I have not received it or any update since. This experience was stressful and inconvenient after a long journey. I expected better communication and follow-through regarding the promised refund. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

A clean hotel 15min away from the airport

The hotel is located IST airport around 15 min only. All good is to connect a flight.

It was close to the ariport, the space is good.

Customer service was rude , as I came directly from airport asked for early check in , they charge me almost two days charges for one night stay because I wanted to check in early , room was smelly , AC can’t be turned on for more than 10 mins , will turn off by itself , it’s nearby to airport so a good choice apart from that , would not recommend

Definitely a hotel that is far from being customer friendly.

Very good location close to airport, very clean with comfortable bed, the staff were very kind and helpful even I had a very late check in Mr Alican at the reception made very easy and smooth.

The second time I stayed there, the quality of breakfast declined significantly, probably because there were more people staying there!

This four-star hotel is really not good. It is in the suburbs, the transportation is not very convenient, the traffic signs are not clear, the accommodation conditions are very poor, the shower space is just an 80cm glass box, and anyone who is a little fat can't squeeze in 😂😂😂 The washbasin is also very mini. The room is generally large, there is a TV in front of the bed, and there is a pillar in front of the bed, which is also log color. A pillar stands in the middle of the room. You can imagine how bad the design is? There is no bedside table 😂😂😂 The restaurant is on the underground first floor. I dragged a box all the way through various thresholds and turns, and my hands were sore. The restaurant is quite large, with relatively many choices. It is one of the few hotels that still has breakfast plates.

We spent one night at this hotel. A clean, quiet hotel, 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. Friendly and professional staff, worthy of a real hotel. Thank you.
