I am kind of disappointed. First, I don’t have freedom to set room temperature. It was so warm and stuffy in the room. Room temperature was 27 degree even I set air conditioning to 18. So I called front desk to explain the situation, they said engineers would make adjustments, temperature would drop in 30 minutes. It did drop to 26. Unfortunately, it remained the same situation after we returned from out about. Problem remained in our four days stay. Window is so dirty, please refer to the photo. Breakfast is not worthy to try.

Old hotel with poor maintenance. Wifi access and speed is poor. Air conditioning is poor. Room carpet looks and feels dirty. Breakfast is poor. Location is good.
