Lovely Hotel near the centre, easy to get a DIDI to all places. Beach with in walking distance. Close to the Dolphin Western food Café & Bar for good food morning, afternoon and night. Hotel pool open till 6pm, KFC on site. The staff could not speak English, but we communicated with a translation app, no problems checking in or out. Nice affordable Hotel

We were guests in this hotel for the third time. We were left with wonderful impressions and that is why we chose it again. And we are delighted again! The hotel is in a wonderful location, Dadonghai Bay. It has its own territory with swimming pools. The breakfast was for every taste. Varied and delicious! The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

The hotel room was spacious and neat. It had a bathtub, separate shower/toilet, a large closet with a safe, a mini fridge and some cups, which I really liked since I made my own breakfast. The sea view from the balcony combined with that of the hotel's infinity pool looked amazing! The hotel is only 15 minutes by walk away from the nearest beach and everything is relatively close. Since it was located on a hill with a long drive through... ordering things from meituan was really convenient. They even had a meituan locker where you can scan the code and collect your order! The front desk receptionist spoke proper English, was nice and attended to my needs. They also had a gym and restaurant. It's sad that they didn't have a laundry room since I stayed in Sanya for a week and wanted to do my laundry. Also the pool closes at 7h so at night you couldn't swim. But you could lay down and enjoy the fresh nightly breeze!

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

This was our second time at Luhuitou and it didn’t disappoint! Although the first few days the hotel breakfast was in the banquet hall due to refurbishment it didn’t dampen the experience. The room is lovely and the view is amazing. The quality of the food is always great and we really like the Thai restaurant on site. The pool is great too but the decking needs a little refreshment. One of the best features is the beach area which the hotel staff provide sunbeds for. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming!! Everyone has a smile on their face and I’m not surprised because the hotel is stunning! We will continue to come here in the future!

Hotel was good.didn'tfast and dinner both good. Our highlight was the room. Very well designed building from an architectural perspective..There are ocean views from every corner of the hotel room even from the toilet and shower which are located at the back of the room. Im sure this building has won architecture awards for its design layout. Being a JW Marriott hotel i would not be surprised as they are the largest hotel group in the world. Only gripe was slow response to room requests for water, ice bucket and complimentary coffee. We had to call reception about 5 times on each occasion and at one point I went to the restaurant myself just to get an ice bucket as they didn't seem to know what it was. We loved Dadonghai bay. Its a beautiful secluded spot and we will definitely return in future.

We had a nice and really spacious room on the 9th floor, with a beautiful mountain view, quiet and relaxing. It was cleaned every day, and the bed sheets every other day. There is a great fitness room which we used daily for cardio and weight training. We paid for a room with breakfasts and there were plenty of options, oats, eggs, ham, sweet potato, vegetables, fruits, meat, rice and noodles, bread, jam and butter, coffee machine, milk, yogurt, coconut milk, juice... it's fresh and tasty. The beach is in front of a hotel, nice sand and clear water, plenty of waves though, so there were a couple of swimming zones fenced with buoys. People are selling fresh mango, watermelon and pineapple on the beach, convenient for a healthy snack break. Plenty of water sports available, we wanted to rent a water scooter, but the coach must be on the scooter with both of us, so we gave up. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and we would choose this hotel again when in Sanya.

The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was stunning. But there were multiple issues. It took them 40 minutes to check-in, at which time there were 2 power outages. The phone in my room didn’t work, and there were issues with scanning the room service QR code. There was left over food in my fridge also. There is also the issue of false advertising regarding the infinity pool which is non-existent. To top it all off, at 01:00, the fire alarm went off in my room for no reason. The staff are very nice, particularly Harry the lifeguard who went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me when I injured my finger. The issue regarding a lack of English speakers in SanYa is true.
