The paths are swept, the area is generally well-kept. In the center there is a swimming pool with a children's section and three sun loungers. One section of the pool is dry. Since the Chinese in this area are not particularly fond of water procedures, the pool was entirely ours. Right there in the Central building there is a shop with fruits, vegetables and instant noodles. In the morning they cook noodles right there. Now the room. The entrance is moderately uncleaned. For some reason there is an old mattress outside the door. Inside the room is spacious. A large living room combined with a kitchen, a large balcony with blooming palm trees, a small bedroom with a large bed. The bed linen is good, clean. There is a washing machine, a frying pan, a saucepan, plates, a refrigerator. Washing powder, shower gel and detergent were there. But the repair and furniture, plumbing are old, with traces of history. Under the bed and nightstands have not been washed. The shower stall also has a touch of history. Great huge bathtub, but with dangling plumbing. Apparently we had to do the cleaning ourselves. Mop available. Somewhere there were non-working lamps, streaks and peeling paint on the ceiling, dirty windows, tiles broken in places. Toilet paper was brought. The soap ran out - we bought it ourselves. Dear owner, please do not be offended by an honest review. It's not that someone is used to five-star hotels. The right expectations of guests form the right impression of the stay. I have no doubt that the room was worth the money. But guests should understand what to expect. A general cleaning would be very welcome.

The apartment is very poorly cleaned before check-in, upon check-in we found dirt and hair in the corners, the refrigerator smelled of fish, cobwebs with spiders on the walls and ceiling, there were only 2 towels. The walls in the apartment have not been painted for a long time, there are traces of dirt and streaks from the flood. In the mornings we were woken up by construction in the neighboring house, and not by birds singing). The price was good, so we were not upset at all. We did not use the common pool. Through the owner we rented a moped, without it it is very uncomfortable, the area is far from local cafes and the sea. The owner suggested where it is better to eat, where to go. We rode a bike to see beautiful views and to a surfing school (training and a board for the whole day 168).
