服務：非常棒，管家Cissy提前加了微信，跟進服務很到位，酒店擺渡車很及時
設施：設施維護的很好，電視可以投屏
環境：房間很大，泰式風格

早上本想陽台坐一會，結果一股油漆味，看到兩個師傅在做油漆，就靠近泳池，給前台三四次電話後，終於停下來了。第二天 離店時 工人師傅又在作業，對客人真是不負責任的行為。
划槳板的工作人員形同虛設，一共兩衹槳板，問他 是否需要排隊 是否有時間限制，完全不予理睬，像沒聽見似的，所以 等多久，取決於前面的玩多久，等幾個小時都是可能的。
衞生間排氣和空調聲音轟轟真是大 ，隔音效果也很差，第二晚半夜11點多，一直有很大的移動傢俱的聲音，持續半個多小時，不知為何
體驗真是極差，物品老舊倒都不是事情，畢竟年數在這裏

第五次入住
1.早餐 比起去年 豐富度打了很大折扣 連小朋友最愛的巧克力噴泉也沒有了。
2.服務 打掃衞生的阿姨依舊很熱情 。路上遇到的工作人員都熱情打招呼（很好）
3.前台 辦理入住時間已經是半夜，由於我房間訂錯 ，要升級房型，前台説有別墅房，我説可以。直接給我安排了緬甸，並沒有跟我確認我需要的是什麼房型（別墅起碼也有三種房型）
4.去年來兩次，都有客房管家聯繫。今年沒有了。（所以去年給過好評後服務就結束了?）
總體來説這家酒店性價比是可以的,離沙灘不遠.工作人員態度很好，中餐也不錯.早餐和客房管家不怎麼樣。

鉑爾曼我們這次定的兩居別墅，奔着泳池來的，結果水太涼泳池完全玩不了。我們到前台協商取消一晚，Jeffery經理耐心幫我們協調，説升級啥的，我們商量下還是決定換酒店。酒店硬件很需要提高，服務這塊還是值得肯定的，對JEFFERY經理服務我很滿意。如果酒店以後搞個恆温泳池，我覺得我還是會選澤回來住的。
