儘管有些小插曲，前台張經理很有辦法的解決了，下次還會入住，不得不説，鉑爾曼性價比相當的高。可能房間有些老舊，不管泳池以及服務可以彌補。

私密性很好，房間裏就有泳池，小朋友和大人 實現每天大小遊，，我們訂的泰國別墅，除了卧室意外 還有個獨立的客廳，可以滿足我門吃飯 打牌等愛好。房間玩膩了 ，可以叫酒店的小車，去酒店的公共泳池繼續

很一般，房間老舊，之前來住別墅房服務之類都好還給升級了房型，才會再次選擇鉑爾曼，這次服務員態度差，給錯房間，一句不好意思都沒有，好像都該她的似的，讓客人自己跑來跑去拿房卡換房間，外賣也得自己去拿，外賣小哥不給進，禮賓不給送，大床房拿兩個雙床拼起來給你活久見了！明明有房給一個倆小床拼的大床房不知道是有什麼問題
