The lobby was under renovation when I visited, with a large part of it inaccessible. Food deliveries also couldn't reach a designated drop-off point. Fortunately, a very kind security guard drove me on his electric cart to pick up my takeout. For dining, there was only one food court nearby, and breakfast was limited to just wontons. On the bright side, the room itself was very large and felt quite spacious.

Cissy and her crew did a great job navigating all of us through a strong typhoon. The rooms were clean, there was a beautiful pool and it is across the street from a beautiful swimming beach on Yalong Bay. I had a great time!

The private pool in our villa offered excellent privacy. The kids just wanted to stay in the water all day, and it was incredibly convenient for them to play. It's also very photogenic! A shuttle service runs from the rooms to the lobby, though it's also just a short, few-minute walk. For meals, you'll need to walk to a nearby food court. Takeout is an option, but you'll have to take the shuttle to the lobby to pick it up. Overall, we were quite satisfied, primarily because the kids had an absolute blast in the water.

Ignoring some of the negative reviews online, I decided to book a stay in the villa area to experience it myself. The 24-hour shuttle service was incredibly convenient and even fun, like a little roller coaster for kids! The setting is very natural, so there were quite a few bugs, but thankfully they didn't bite. For takeout orders, you had to pick them up outside the premises; it would be even better if they offered direct delivery to the villa. We experienced the pool on a rainy day, and it created such a wonderful ambiance! For just over 1000 [RMB], you really can't find a pool villa like this anywhere else. I'll definitely be returning!

A very pleasant stay; my kid and I fully enjoyed our time here. The hotel’s location is excellent: it's a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, and there are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The beach itself is lovely, with clean water, pleasant sand, and it's not very crowded. Breakfast offers a large variety of food, both Western and Chinese. The swimming pool was very nice—clean and beautiful. Overall, while the facilities are getting a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. Special thanks to Cissy at the front desk; she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I will definitely consider Pullman if I come to Sanya again.
