年年來紅樹林，年年都有温暖。入住體驗超乎想象！特別要提的是管家Rachel，她的服務真是周到又細緻，從入住時的問題諮詢到離店時的送別，每一個細節都讓人感動，服務超級周到，有求必應，細緻入微的關懷也讓我們倍感温馨。我們也是多次回頭客入住了，就是因為對這裏的一切都很喜歡，毫不猶豫又重新回來住上兩天，房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全，環境優雅舒適，這次入住房間做了小升級，看海的角度非常不錯，從陽台眺望大海一望無際，讓人心曠神怡，這一刻彷彿所有的煩惱都已忘卻，衹得沉浸在這景色中。距離海邊也僅有幾步之遙，步行一兩分鐘就可以到達，非常便利，海邊還有專門的沙灘躺椅，雖然大部門都被外國客人佔據了，但是數量不少也夠用，對了酒店還有嬰兒車，嬰兒床可以用，真的是很齊全了。管家還會時時刻刻關注着我們的入住體驗，詢問有什麼需要幫忙的地方。整個酒店的服務從大堂的禮賓到前台的辦理入住退房的人，每一個都是那麼地熱情，那麼地有温度，是一種能夠帶動客人情緒價值的服務。紅樹林也是親子游的寶藏地！海景與園林景觀交相輝映，設計別緻，錯落有致，令人心曠神怡。小童活動豐富多彩，遊樂設施一應俱全，孩子們玩得超開心。入住期間早餐也很豐盛，小童也有可以專門吃的東西，早餐人比較多，但是也顯得不凌亂，酒店管理水平高，整體服務體驗極佳，強烈推薦給計劃親子游的家庭，絕對是不容錯過的美好選擇！
