Great service, went with managed expectations as hotel has been around for quite some time. Was impressed and surprised upon arrival. Great main pool and space. Walk to beach was nice and easy. Had a great time with my 3 year old.

My family's three-day break at Ritz-Carlton was a really special time. The swimming pool in the hotel and the program activities for children made happy memories. We had communication problems with the hotel staff because we were not good at Chinese, but Alison, the hotel manager, actively solved the problem and provided perfect care until the end of our trip. I hope you have the best time of your life at the Ritz-Carlton, which has the best environment in Sanya

Nice experience, service attendants Annie has been helpful and friendly. Pretty good breakfast, highly recommend their beef soup noodle! Came for a concert and the hotel has provided bus to cater the transportation needs back and fro. Overall pleasant experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The swimming pools were conveniently located near the rooms, offering a great spot to unwind and lounge in the sunshine. The beach, just a 10-minute walk away, provided a peaceful retreat with loungers on the sand, away from the resort’s hustle and bustle. The service at the hotel was exceptional, and we would like to highlight Minnie, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was always available to answer questions, make reservations, and even arranged a generous late check-out for us on our final day. Minnie is such an asset to the Ritz-Carlton team. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

THE BEST hotel and service. I liked absolutely everything. Very varied and delicious breakfast. It is possible to have breakfast in the hall and outside, with a magical view of the garden 🌴🪷 and listen to the birds singing. In the evening we had dinner in the barbecue restaurant. Absolutely amazing, live music, great food. Special thanks to the our loyalty manager - Alison, who helped me find my lost sunglasses. This is only possible in China and at the Ritz hotel! We will definitely come again. We recommend 💯.

We had a very relaxing time. The room was close to the beach and we enjoyed the sound of the waves. 👍The room was very clean, the cleaning staff was attentive and professional, our Butler Faye was attentive and thoughtful, asking about our needs every day. The food in several restaurants in the hotel are delicious 👍

I just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to the team during our recent stay in the Ritz-Carlton, Yalong Bay. In particular, thanks to Oliver, our butler on call 24/7 who was always a delight to talk to, whatever the request!  The housekeeping staff were amazing, with their attention to detail and beautiful displays left each day, especially on my birthday.  And finally to Riezo, who always made our visits to Sofia restaurant extra special. They have a truly great team in Sanya and we are sure to return!

We had an excellent stay. "Minnie" (the hotel employee) gave us all the support we needed. She is very professional and attentive.
