I booked this hotel and I don’t regret it! It was so nice, the hotel had open communication and were so sweet when I had any questions. The location is beautiful as well and it is pretty close to Sanya Bay. The view was beautiful.

Book 1 family room and 3 twin rooms. These rooms are actually an airbnb located in Barry Boutique hotel. Hosts bought many units. My 3 twin room has no washing machine. Only family room has a washing machine (laundry detergent not provided). The family room main toilet door is damaged thus owner replaced it with only curtain. Despite these cons, overall stay is ok. Beds are comfortable and rooms are fully equipped. Family rooms have nice partial seaview. Less than 5 mins walk to dadonghai beach and many shops and eateries below and beside the hotel. Shopping mall is just outside. There's a travel agency located at the hotel level 1 which provided reasonable rates for chartering a mini bus to drive us around for our day tour. A big supermarket below the hotel at B1. Recommended to stay here if you are on budget. It meets our expectation.

Staff was helpful everytime. We used Barry Hotel's swimming pool. I love the swimming pool.

Great appartment close to the beach. We weren't allowed to go swimming in the beach tho. But the room was very Nice, not the cleanest ever but still really good and the airco works very we'll as well as the shower. Would recommend for this price.

Not checked into the hotel, made the reservation in hurry. The host declined cancellation requests made in 1 - 1.5 hours after the booking (which was made on the same day, on 13:32)

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel upgraded me to a suite for free when I checked in. The stay experience was great. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Sanya.

The average price is 30 yuan per person. I personally think that the shrimp dumplings are delicious but a little expensive, 18 yuan per serving (4 pieces). There is also a small restaurant opposite the building that opens for breakfast at 7 o'clock. The advantage is that it is cheap, 17 yuan per person. The apartment is about 300 to 400 meters away from the beach. You can walk to the beach after a short walk. There are many shops along the way, which are very convenient for buying swimming supplies and eating. There are McDonald's, Shaxian snacks, Northeast dumplings, Chongqing noodles, Russian food, DQ, coffee, Cha Ji, Starbucks (under renovation and not open yet), Xinjiang baked naan and fruit sellers, as well as house sellers and renters, electric car rentals, taxis and black cars. There are a lot of foreign tourists here. At first, I felt quite fresh, but later I thought, "Why are there so many foreigners? I always feel awkward." There are also many bars on the beach that are run by foreigners. It feels like I'm no longer in China. Service: The boss is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. I'm lucky to meet such a cultured boss. Because I've been in Hainan for a month and rarely met bosses and staff with good attitudes, many service staff are depressed or yelling. I'm really disappointed with the service attitude of people in Hainan. I'm very relieved that the boss of this hotel is very friendly. Harmony brings wealth, and tourists are happy, a win-win situation. There are many hotels in the apartment building. You need to swipe your room card to take the elevator (you don't need to swipe your card to go to the restaurant and supermarket in the building). Go to the lobby on the first floor and call the boss directly. He will tell you how to check in. Add the boss on WeChat and communicate directly on WeChat if you have any questions. This hotel offers a free sea tour, but I didn't go because I was not feeling well, and I didn't ask about the specific details. I will consider staying at this hotel next time I come to Dadonghai.
