I had an amazing stay at [Sanya bay CP]. Ada, very friendly、From the moment I walked in, the front - desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficiently processed my check - in. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, with comfortable beds and high - quality linens that ensured a great night's sleep. The amenities, like the well - stocked minibar and fast - speed Wi - Fi, were a plus. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes. The fitness center was well - equipped, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine. The location was also convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

When we first checked in, we were informed that the gym is not available for use throughout the stay due to an on going games. Not only that, we paid more for room with a bay view but was given a low floor 5th floor with NO view. We felt cheated. The hotel did change our room to the highest floor after 2 days and that was much better.

Millie's service makes us want to come back again! The new hotel has brand new and clean facilities, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The balcony faces the sea and you can enjoy the changing sea views throughout the day. The hotel is quiet in a busy area with complete facilities. Millie can always solve our problems in the first time with a friendly service attitude! The front desk lady Fang Yanyan explained in detail and checked in very quickly. Great

Hotel is clean and new, walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary photo shooting. All the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to our personal assistant during the stay, Kate, who is a super-helpful and sweet. She greeted us everyday during the stay, made very prompt reply to any of our request, helped us to find our lost item. It’s a great experience for all of our family members.
