Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. The stay in Aqua suites was a great experience with a stunning view of the sea and landmark, we had a front facing view. Staff were great and very helpful. We had B&B however it could be better as there isn’t many options to eat and choose from, which can get very boring to eat if you’re there more than 3+ days. The only downside to this, there is no main pool area, it’s only what you get with the room eg your own private pool. Location was okay, had plenty of restaurants to eat from but be prepared to get your foot work in check as there’s plenty of steps and hills. You will have to hire out a quad or moped to get about and go to other areas.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very clean, the people are very nice. The only down side is that sometimes it takes a very long time to get service in breakfast and poolside. Iro at the front lobby was awesome. She helped us book a lot of our excursions and was very pleasant!! We would definitely come here again!

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

The location is good, not far from the bus stop! The disadvantage is that the bed is in a small loft upstairs in a building-within-a-floor layout. People with higher heights will definitely hit their heads. It is troublesome to go up and downstairs to use the toilet.

Very good experience! Quiet and hygienic. You can't miss the after-sun treatment in the hotel's cave. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel is at a very private location, yet 5 mins walk up to Oia main town where all the happenings. You got the best private sunset view from your hotel main pool area. The suites has a nice hot tub outside the private deck of your own suite, it so nice to be in it after a long day out and warm when the breeze is nice and cool at night.

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place
