Is a bit challenging to get there with luggage, but it had a decent price and good views, the room was very spacious.

It’s a great place to stay in Santorini. It’s just on the cliff at Firostefani overlooking the Volcano and sea. The Fira center is within walking distance. The area is not so crowded and we enjoyed the serenity. The people at the reception were pretty nice and supportive. Highly recommended

Really one of the best sunset view in Santorini & the hotel is really one of the best location! Smacked right in the middle of santorini, just a short flight of stairs down from the taxi drop off point. The staffs are friendly and warm, i love all of them. Bed/room is very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in Santorini.

A month and a half after checking out, I've been contacting Ctrip to have this hotel removed from their listings to prevent them from exploiting my fellow Chinese citizens, but Ctrip has only agreed to a small amount of compensation. I'm already hiring a lawyer and pursuing legal action. As a Black Diamond member, I should have a say. Our first breakfast was delivered to the room, not the buffet. We both had sex at the same time, and all subsequent trips were canceled. I was left lying on the bed. So far, the hotel has offered no apology. Their exact words were, "Other guests are fine, why are you the only ones experiencing this?" Is that how a human being would speak? The white woman at the front desk discriminates against Chinese people. She appears polite, but it's all fake. She never answers the phone, or even rings once before hanging up. Their service is a negative. When I asked for health permits, inspections, quarantine, and other business credentials, they couldn't produce any. When I asked Ctrip, they said overseas hotels don't have or don't offer these. A "three-no" hotel, with issues with the food and a poor attitude. If you don't like Chinese people, why not just stay out of business with them? They want this, this, and that. I understand they don't have a 24-hour front desk, but at least they can get through, right? If they don't answer the phone, can they at least reply to text messages and emails? Also, this hotel is halfway up a mountain, so getting down from the top with your luggage is a problem. There's no staff to assist. Beware, beware! If you're not afraid of death, give it a try.

The scenery is beautiful, the location is great, the service staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and the request for late check-out is perfectly accommodated. The room is well-equipped. It is definitely the best choice.

The room is very nice, beyond imagination. Watch the sunset from the front and the sunrise from the back. The transportation is convenient, it can be reached in about 20 minutes' walk from the bus station There are a lot of delicious food nearby

The sea view is really great. I witnessed a beautiful sunset on the first night I arrived. When I wake up every morning and open the curtains, I feel very good about the blue sea! I think the biggest regret is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool. Other than that, there are no disadvantages! Perfect!

The scenery of this hotel is so charming. It is right on the edge of the cliff. Each room has a balcony facing the Aegean Sea. You can sit on the balcony and watch the charming sunset every day. The bathroom is very clean and disinfected every day, and breakfast is served to the balcony every day (it's the same every day, no more choices). The hotel staff are very welcoming, and everyone has a smile on their face, like the morning sunshine.

I arrived at night, but the owner was very kind and had prepared a guide for me on the reception door. I think it's a great location.

The ocean-view room faced the ocean. The room was clean and had a pleasant scent. The towels were also clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The only problem was that the shower only lasted 15 minutes before the hot water ran out. Before arriving at the hotel, you need to call the front desk and they will ask the staff to move your luggage, as it's impossible to move it yourself due to the many steps on the cliff.
