Photoholics who loves a good view at the heart of Oia will find this place right up their alley with unblocked sea views located right below the 3 domes view point. Furnishings and appliances are relatively new though the wear and tear of the place is starting to show (e.g. air conditioning with stale air/ swimming pools that collect insects despite being cleaned daily). The team does try their best to offer a good service but the overall experience does fall short of the relatively high price tag. Security is also lacking unlike other resorts around the area with a proper entrance/gate to ward off wandering visitors that are looking to take photos of the domes.

The pool is gorgeous and stays warm in the night, love the design and every detail in the room, bed and pillows are comfort too. The services and front desk are so warming, definitely recommend this hotel. Love their breakfast pancake LOL.

Wonderful place and environment! Just to reminder need to step down the stairs by a comfortable shoes so u can get the nice view ! The stuff is reli nice !

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights but this place not worth the money the cliff nest room was very small and in front of the sun not proper shadding,the pool water was v hot not suitable for a day time bath as outside temperature was 26C…breakfast was ok half glass of juice and smoothie served which wasn’t enough.Overall not happy with our stay and on top steepy steps to reach there.

Nice place

The room was clean and nice! I had a great time relaxing in the bathtub in front of the room and daydreaming at dusk! Breakfast was also fun with a choice of meals. The hotel was difficult to go up and down the stairs.

The location is a bit complicated, so it's a bit difficult to find at first. We asked for an airport pick-up, so we took a taxi to the hotel area, and then headed to our room with someone who carried our luggage. The person who carried our luggage was very strong, and carried our large luggage up and down the steep stairs... Thank you very much! (And sorry for the heavy luggage) Check-in was done in the room, and the staff was very friendly, and when we arrived that day, the sky was pink, which is rare, so they said, "You're lucky, so take a picture first!", which was a wonderful response! The room was very clean, and the view from the pool was especially great! It's hot during the day, but it gets cold at night, and the pool is heated, so it was great at night! I had heard that the dome-shaped rooms are humid and hot, but since it was October, it wasn't hot, and the shower room was humid after using it, but it wasn't humid after a few hours. The breakfast was of satisfying quality and quantity, and we had a great morning every day! Thank you very much!

The cliff hotel in Oia has Jacuzzi in the room and a very rich breakfast. You can choose it the day before. The service is very good. The guy will carry the luggage to the room. There are stairs all around. It is located in the center of Oia. The recommendation index is five stars.

The room is clean, the location is good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, I recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, and the best photo spot is right next to the hotel. However, there is a public staircase next to the room. Many tourists may pass by during the peak season, and tourists will see the swimming pool and balcony in the room. But when we went in the off-season, it was very good and quiet. No one else passed by except the staff.

The service attitude of the restaurant is average. They are willing to help, but the attitude can be better. Room 5 to sunset, a little disappointed The space is so big, there are 2 floors, and the environment is very beautiful. The breakfast portion was large, but there was less coffee, and it was not very tasty, especially the fruit, which is described as unpalatable.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this hotel in Oia. Our room (the Alitina Suite, number 4) was absolutely stunning – beautifully designed, with a private balcony and our own little pool. From there, we had front-row views of the caldera and the iconic blue domes, yet it felt wonderfully private and peaceful, away from the crowds. It truly felt like the best of both worlds – right in the heart of Oia, but with all the tranquility you could wish for. We loved spending time on our balcony, enjoying every second of the breathtaking scenery. Every morning we were served a delicious à la carte breakfast directly in the room – the perfect way to start the day. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Service was absolutely outstanding. This place will always hold a very special place in our hearts, as we got engaged on that magical balcony. We can’t wait to come back one day. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so unforgettable!❤️
