Decent little hotel for a few nights but found the staff to be a bit grumpy, only get a thin sheet instead of a duvet, was happy that I got a balcony not all rooms do, got woken up at 9 even though check out was at 10 in the morning

If you want to start your journey with bad service, lets do it. But I advice you to pay a little bit more, but receive better hospitality than this. Man who was on reception was very unpolite, rude and nervous. I wanted to invite my friends to room, nervous man said that they could be terrorists, so he cant accept this. So we must went outside to continiu our meeting.

All is Good but the Room ac work but took long time cold the room apart of that staff was nice and room is clean with the price i paid is very nice

I recently stayed at the Grand Colony and was pleasantly surprised. The room was impeccable: clean, tidy and cared for in detail, with a fresh scent that immediately gave a sense of welcome. The staff stood out for their courtesy and availability, always ready to help with a smile.

The structure is not very well cared for. As soon as you enter there is a terrible smell of damp that hovers throughout the reception. The room is basic, and not very clean.. dust on the bed and pillows, as well as on the floor. The windows are not acoustically isolated, so if there is a group of jokers in the hall.. you risk not sleeping It's a shame because the structure is truly very very particular and above all beautiful. It definitely needs to be modernized

The equipment is really bad. The air conditioner is useless. It is loud and does not cool.

The bathroom is very spacious, but the shower is suitable for your body, you can't even turn around in it. There is a shortage of shampoo and shower gel, it seems like you always have to buy shower gel from the reception. I chose a double bed, in the morning there is a huge gap between you and the second person. The bed does not stay in place, I give up. .Sound insulation is very bad, you are literally listening to the movie in your room that the next room is watching.
