It cost 45€ from the airport to hotel using shuttle bus service only in cash. And there were a lot of stairs around our rooms but guys helped carrying our suitcases 5€ per person.

The hotel room is located at the highest point of Oia town, which is a typical cliff cave hotel. The cave is fully equipped with WIFI, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, a large bed and two single beds. The sanitation is very good and clean! There is no front desk. The driver who came to pick up the airport and the hotel service guy Adi were very enthusiastic. They smiled all the way to pick up the airport and sent us to the hotel in Fira. The cliff delivery of the suitcase is 5 euros per piece, and the airport pick-up to the hotel is 45 euros for two people. We asked for a late check-out until 12 noon, and it was also enthusiastically agreed! There is a courtyard and tables and chairs outside the hotel with an unbeatable sea view! This hotel is a paradise with a large room and private courtyard.

Let's talk about the advantages first: we went there in winter and booked an earth house. 1. You can watch the sunset directly from the rooftop terrace of the room. There are many places to watch the sunset in the off-season. 2. You can cook in the room. Few restaurants are open in winter, so being able to cook also solved our big problem. 3. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Compared with many hotels that only have a double bed and a sofa bed, it is more spacious and comfortable to sleep. Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. The terrace has a 90-degree view of the sea. The left side is blocked by the Oia Castle, and the right side is blocked by a white house, so it is not a 180-degree sea view. There is also a mountain on the sea in the distance, so at first glance it looks like living by the lake, not the sea. 2. The room hygiene and service need to be improved. When we checked out, we asked for luggage handling service and were willing to pay the service fee, but the waiter may think that we did not book the airport shuttle with him, so he was late, causing us to almost miss the flight. In the end, we couldn't wait any longer and carried our luggage to the post office by ourselves. 3. Don't book airport transfers at the hotel, as it will cost 10 Euros more than booking at a taxi shop. You can book it at a taxi shop in Oia town, which is more cost-effective.
