Very clean but I felt like I was in a sterile retirement home. No hot water. Very friendly service staff. Excellent breakfast. This place is good if you have a groupe of 3-4 backpackers and need a very simple, very very clean, quite place for the night

The hotel is very central, easy to reach and well equipped. We received a very friendly welcome, the room was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace upstairs was beautifully decorated and the water in the pool was also very nice for relaxing and sunbathing, and there are supermarkets nearby within walking distance. The friendliness and helpfulness of the people there is particularly noteworthy. The hotel is also visited by many foreign tourists, and the price/performance ratio is very good-/! The breakfast could have more to choose from, but for the price it's OK, and there are delicious jugos! Thank you very much

Nice place clean rooms and people are nice, around at night it seems a bit dangerous but you can take a taxi but several people were walking alone late at night, we never had a bad experience but always good to be careful.

Our room was big and very clean. The bed was duper comfortable also clean. Service was just spectacular- we arrived past check in time and still had a lovely and welcoming reception. We stayed there before we went on the 4 day trek for the Lost City and they were so lovely to accept to store out bags there at no cost. Breakfast is nice, there's a few options from veggie to meaty. Location is also very good, close to markets and less than 10 minutes wlak to city centre, and still remarkably quiet. I'd recommend!

The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the center of the old town. I found the hotel very nice. Very quiet compared to a lot of other hotels in the center. It has rooms off of a central courtyard that I think helped keeping the noise out, and was quite pretty. The room was great. Clean and comfy bed, good bathroom. The water pretty was a little weak in the shower, but was okay. The staff was very accommodating. I had an early bus to catch, before the breakfast officially began, and they were able to make me sandwiches to go. I'd stay here again.

Hotel muy limpio, en excelente condiciones de mantenimiento, la decoración es hermosa. El personal es muy amable, atento a todas las necesidades del turista. Desayuno poco variado, podrían ofrecer mayor cantidad de frutas. Bien ubicado, cerca al centro de Santa Marta . Zona segura.

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Das Zimmer war groß mit einer Trennwand wie auf den offiziellen Fotos. Es war auch sauber und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Zum duschen gibts in einem Minibad nur einen Hebel mit Kaltwasser. Das ist auch für ein Stadthotel in Kolumbien ein no Go. Haare waschen im Hotel vorher !!!! Man ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß,in der Stadt wo es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Läden hat. Die Dachterrasse lädt noch zum Absacker ein. An der Rezeption kann man Bier kaufen oder am Kiosk nebenan. Das Jacuzzi lädt nicht zum Entspannen ein. Das Wasser sah sehr trüb aus. Frühstück war einfach

Es un hotel muy cómodo, recién remodelado, camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias. Los desayunos son variados y las personas encargadas del restaurante son amables y colaboradoras, un aplauso para todas ellas. Otra cosa por rescatar la limpieza de las instalaciones. Sin duda volvería.

Excelente relacion calidad precio. Habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. Solo faltan veladores al lado de la cama. No tiene caja de seguridad Ofrecen desayuno para viajeros que salen temprano al tayrona. El desayuno es muy completo. La atención es excelente. El wifi es bueno. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Volvería siempre a este hotel.

Ficamos hospedados apenas um dia, Tudo limpo, aconchegante, Café da manhã delicioso. Recepcionista muito atenciosa, com certeza eu indico a hospedagem. Ela fica há uns 20 minutos de táxi do aeroporto então pensem nisso aí se hospedarem. Pra nós foi super tranquilo
