The room smelled a little like cigarettes, but after spraying the deodorizing spray in the room and getting used to it, the smell went away. The room itself was clean and tidy, and although the bathtub floor was scratched and dented, the toilet and bed were well-cleaned and it was comfortable to stay in.

It's OK. It's very convenient around. You can consider it for business trips.

I used this place when I was traveling with my family. The facility itself is old, but it seems to be well maintained and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I stayed here by car, and it was very helpful that I could park my car nearby and stay there for just 1,000 yen. I would like to use it again next time.

The location is great! The service is also good. On-site parking is up to luck (lol). There are plenty of coin parking lots nearby so it's not a problem.

It was really close to the station so it was very convenient to get around! I think it's a good value for money in Japan where accommodations are expensive!! I recommend it~

When I checked out, it took a long time to get permission to store my luggage even though I had a reservation for the next time.

I would have preferred a non-smoking room, but they didn't have one so I stayed in a smoking room. I requested a deodorizing spray and they provided one in the room. However, both the room and bathroom smelled of cigarettes, and opening the window to let in fresh air didn't help. It can't be helped as it was a smoking room to begin with, but a friend who stayed in a non-smoking room said that even walking down the hallway smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. I think this hotel is fine for smokers, but I wouldn't recommend it to non-smokers. However, the man at the front desk was very nice!

A very clean hotel, in a small neighborhood, very quiet and comfortable, the housekeeper is polite, the room is much larger than expected, the double room is in good condition, so the price/performance ratio is very high

I couldn't be more satisfied with the hotel. Clean and hygienic, bed sheets were changed every day. Although a bit old, it was well maintained. The windows can be opened, and there are many supermarkets and izakayas around, which is very Japanese. The subway is just 300 meters away. It is perfect for experiencing Tokyo life. The hotel even has free facial cleanser and toner, which I forgot to bring. What a surprise.
