Good location near restaurants, entertainment and wellness centre at mile 7 just opposite IJM.

Time booking already remark want to function TV. While husband on meeting, wife duduk kt bilik sepanjang masa. 4 hari 3 malam tv x function. We need entertainment in the room. Sebelum ni remark ok je. I've many times stay so far ok je. For this time, tak dapat. Kecewa jg laa. Thanks

Nice good

Room dusty and smelly, had cockroaches, bathroom dirty and smelly, very low water pressure, dirty corroded tap water. Toilet can not flush, no water. Shower no water. Checked out within an hour after check-in. Didn't get any refund except for the deposit. 21 sept 2024

The road is seriously damage, please repair it, will give bad experience to tourists. The hotel room look quite old.

The hotel location very convenient. Nearby got a lot restaurant and the food very nice. In front the hotel got bataras hypermarket. Highly recommended.

Room satisfactory as usual. A little weird because they kind of forget to provide water heater but no big issue, I just requested myself and received in 5 minutes. Broken Ironing board, I just iron on bed.

Free and ample open space parking in front of the hotel; Front office very bare but staff helpful and courteous; Lifts are old but functionable and fast; Tiles are missing; Corridor walls are thin and old - can hear everything inside from the outside; Corridor carpet is dark and smelly; Corridor lighting dim and eerie; Room door very sturdy but no bell; Shower gel and shampoo available; No fridge but drinking water and beverage sachets available; Bathroom smelly no exhaust fan; Shower water not strong; Towels not cotton and yellowish; TV out of order; Hair dryer functionable; Air-con leaking water mildly; Air-con remote needs replacing; Room stank of stale ciger smoke mixed with sewage; Window stuck cannot shut and can fall to the ground floor if forced; Window latch screw one missing and the other almost going off loose; This hotel is in dire need of complete modern refurbishments.

When we arrived, the receptionist is very kind for helping us out with the deposit since I didn't bring any cash. The room was a bit dirty and looks old. There was hair and even a cockroach haha but the location is good and I was out almost the whole day so didn't care much. The TV was outdated though so you might want to bring mi box in case you need entertainment.

Always my go-to hotel when visiting Sandakan. The room is clean & comfortable. Access to restaurants is good. Fully satisfied.
