The location of the hotel was excellent, near two major shopping areas. The hotel was clean however the pillows were very thick and hard making it difficult to sleep well. Otherwise the facilities and the breakfast was decent.

Horrible service. Horrible breakfast. I felt like I was under surveillance all the time. Not even one single chair outside the hotel to set on.

This hotel is at the entrance of the Gran Via Shopping Centre, 2 minutes from a cinema and all kinds of shops and restaurants. The airport is 1 hour away.
