QC Room San Pellegrino Reviews

Hotel is very clean, rooms are excellent. There is no front desk but check in and check out is easy with an automatic machine. The town is very silent and close to mountain. The only problem is it takes around an hour from bergamo airport and there may be traffic.

The hotel I booked for the hot springs claimed to be fully automatic check-in, but there were still front desk staff on duty to deal with machine problems. The town was very comfortable. The hot springs had to be booked in advance and were very popular on weekends.

Beautiful room with suspended bed, large room and bathroom, top cleaning, very kind staff, there is no breakfast but there is a free mini bar available, covered paid parking, 10 euros for 24 hours, the structure is close to the spa.

Very nice and convenient hotel for those who then want to go to the spa, literally 5 minutes away on foot. The room is very welcoming and clean. All-tech system from check in to room lock and does not cause any problems.

Since our arrival, the assistance has been top notch, as have the services offered. The structure presents itself very well and the services offered are more than satisfactory. The room, like the whole hotel, is very clean, tidy and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

Everything was fine, we booked on the same day and they let us keep the two year old child in a double room. Paid garage. For the rest everything was excellent, courtesy set in the room with body products super appreciated and biscuits coffee fruit available in the reception area which was also appreciated!
