Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand Reviews

We stayed on the 38th floor with access to the lounge. It made our Tokyo trip that extra special. The hotel was immaculate, the staff and services impeccable and the views amazing. Would love to stay here again. Beds were firm and comfortable and shower and soap collection absolutely refreshing. The breakfast was 5* and would definitely recommend to include it. We were here for 4 nights and sad to leave. Hope to be back one day.

I found the bottle of grape juice in the minibar very delicious. The toiletries are very complete, the shower head and hair dryer are from Refa, but they are just average. The pillows were hard and not very comfortable. The food in the executive lounge is of good quality, but it's the same every day. I asked the waiter and he said it changes every season. Nice cocktails! The "Nanyuan" Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very delicious!

Excellent experience, the hotel view, high-rise Tokyo, the food and service in the executive lounge are all top-notch I made a mistake and booked it. There is only the Premier floor. Don’t book downstairs.

The hardware and service are impeccable. The observation lounge on the 47th floor is a big plus. Except that it is a little far from Shinjuku Station, it can be regarded as my most satisfactory hotel in Japan.

Anyway, I will not choose this hotel or this location again. In addition, don't expect too much from the airport bus to the hotel, especially if you are going to catch a flight, you may be delayed by traffic jams. It is better to take NEX.

Premiere Grand is a newly renovated hotel in Keio. You can stay on the top floor and get free afternoon tea every afternoon! Ordinary Keio was renovated decades ago. This hotel in Keio has an independent elevator and independent floors. The decoration is very new. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Shinjuku! The room is quite decent, not big!
