The hotel is located just outside of China Town. And it's only 5 minutes walk to the financial district. This is a small boutique hotel with its own charm. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable bed, great location near to Chinatown and about 5mins from BART station. There is no kettle in the room but available on request. Staff were friendly.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Close to everything Chinatown, Union square, Museums. It was clean and quite. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Would stay there again.

The room is quite big, very quiet, and the stay is quite comfortable. It is next to Chinatown, so it is convenient to go shopping. There is no breakfast, but there is a Starbucks across the street. There are other breakfast shops, but we bought it at the supermarket. This hotel is not too close to supermarkets like Target. The front desk service is not so enthusiastic. There were two nights when I came back and there was no one at the front desk. I think this is not safe. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it.

It is only ten minutes away from Union Square. There are delicious bakeries and coffee shops across the street from the back door of Macy's Department Store, with rich food. It takes ten minutes to walk from the hotel to take the F bus (buy Day card/US$5 for round trip all day) to "Fisherman's Wharf No. 39", which is very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, a rooftop terrace, and a free water purifier (swipe the room card in the gym on the ground floor). The front desk only gives one bottle of water per guest.
