EVEN THOUGH I STAYED THEIR IN FEBRUARY, THEY DENIED ME SERVICE B/C I HAVE A CALIFORNIA ID. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WASN'T BUSINESS SAAVY, NOR DID HE CARE. THANKS TO SECOND WITNESS, I RECEIVED REFU ND & EXPLANATION OF POLICY WITH PASSPORTS & ID.

The hostel location is in the city center, very convenient to go to attractions, supermarkets, restaurants

Check in time us standard for Most hostels. They have a luggage storage for free for early check-in. Amenities are expected for a hostel. Overall, had a great stay. Good location.

Good location, close to the bart, but also sketchy, as many places in SF. The stuff is friendly, beds are clean. Minus the beds are steel so it makes a lot of noise when sb turning in the bed. For breakfast you have cereals but not oats, some coffee and tea, no milk, and waffles (bit to chewy) and some banana and yoghurt but with a lot of sugars in it. Sad that kitchen is closed after 10 or 11pm and there’s no other water fountain.

With a complimentary breakfast, milk, bread, waffle, juice, coffee, good location. Highly recommended

The location is unrivaled,close to the city center,the sightseeing area and China town! The price is unrivaled because it is as low as 35 per night including breakfast!!! The Inn staff is unrivaled as he is so nicely explained everything about the policy for me! The only thing is that the bed is squeaky ,a bit annoying But anyway,it’s a budget inn, right? Will stay there next time in SA

Everything was excellent

I didn't expect that the whole building has seven floors full of rooms, with a total of more than 100 rooms. Roughly speaking, there are about 500 people living there, which really looks like a student dormitory. I live in a four-person room, which is basically hard to fill. It is very quiet. Some rooms have independent bathrooms. If not, there are also many bathrooms and toilets in the corridor, so you don't have to worry about fighting for the toilet in the morning. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is extremely rich, with milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, white toast and oatmeal toast. You can also make muffins yourself, and yogurt and bananas are also provided. This price is really worth it. Next to the kitchen is the activity room, which has sofas, tables, chairs and TVs, where you can easily talk to other customers. The only drawback is that there are many homeless people on this street, so don't go out at night. In addition, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel are not provided here, and you can only buy them in the small shop next door. The small shop next door has everything but is very expensive. It feels like it exists for the customers of the youth hostel.

The room facilities are good and the breakfast is also normal. If you have good cooking skills, you can make better food. I saw someone cook very well! I want to pay for it. The bathroom is also good~

My best memories

For backpackers, the atmosphere, value for money, and location are simply amazing! I will still stay at your house next time I go to San Francisco. Suggestion: install a bed guard.

There are homeless people all around, and the streets are full of the smell of **** and urine
