Rooms are neat and clean, and the hotel is elegant and noble, it’s the famous Westin near the Union Square, great location

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever had, but it was just me, so it was fine. The staff were great, but I stood in line to check in for a long time. Easily over 30 minutes and there weren’t many people ahead of me. Travel weary guests might appreciate a more expedited check in process, especially for those who pre-paid. The $20/day food coupon and complimentary bottles of water were a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful when I left my AirPods behind and he organised for them to be returned to me!

Loved this hotel for Pride! It was right down the street from the Parade, and walking distance from the civic center. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

Great location. The hotel is in downtown San Francisco and with cable cars just outside the front door. There was a strike ongoing by the workers. The workers protesting outside and banging drums. The hotel looks old but the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There was a strike going on, no room service. The phone in my room is broken so I have to go out to the corridor for call. The location was convenient but not a safe area.

Excellent location and room is beautiful, clean and spacious. WiFi speed is good. Special call out to Mr Jonathan Voss who has assisted with during the check out. He is a Director of Front office and he has treated the customers with good care and respect.

Checking in was seamless but the room area only have lamps.. feels dam wired

Very convenient location, easy to go different places. Hotel gave certain amount cash to buy snacks drinks or fruits, which was very good for me. So I can use it for breakfast and coffee.

The location of the hotel was great. It is right in the center of Union Square. There is a Macy’s and lots of places to shop nearby. They charge a city tax of 35 dollars a day but in return you can get 30 dollars to eat inside hotel for every day. Also you can have 10 dollar uber voucher for one time and 2 water bottles. The room was spacious with a great view. Inside of the hotel was very historic. About the downsides the drains in the bathtube was bot working and that’s why It was a little hard to get a shower. Also there was a strike going on just outside of the hotel. They said that the union and the hotel couldn’t have an agreement. That’s why some of the restaurants are closed. Also just outside of the hotel there are 20-30 people shouting and hitting into metal boxes in order to make sound from 7 A.M. till 12 P.M. If I go back to San Francisco I can definitely choose this hotel if there is no strike. I suggest you call the hotel about the strike situation before make the booking because It is really disturbing.

The toilet has been used by someone else and bathtub looked really dirty . Very terrible experience

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location!
