The staff was condescending. Booking was paid as it was a trip offered to me. They charged the card and then demanded I also pay. They did not refund the charge to the previous card until I demanded. I went to get my cab but it was late so I went into the dinner to grab some yogurt the racist staff asked me if I’m in a supermarket. When I asked to speak to manager, manager did not apologize or requested him to but instead crowded me and tried intimidating me. I held my ground. Do not book here as a black person. The racism by the men to black women are unhinged. The female night staff was lovely.

Convenient location

Facilities: old, the shower head can't be tightened. Cold water suddenly poured on the head. There are disposable slippers, soap and skin cream, but no kettle. Hygiene: OK, but there is a smell of cigarettes when the machine is turned on. Environment: OK Service: General, breakfast is soft and rich, with juice and a variety of fruits.

Great hotel, good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The service here is not bad! There are many restaurants next to it!
