we stayed for 1 night as stopover during our road trip. Nice comfortable bed and great breakfast to start the day. Lovely bagels and waffles!

The front desk service very slow, always has mistakes. The breakfast is ok and refill food is very slow either. Only has one waffle maker and over 4-5 people waiting. Take u 20-30 mins to get a piece of waffle

The bed sheets were obviously stained, and the hotel shirked responsibility. Ctrip customer service didn't care at all and didn't provide any solutions or compensation. The hotel's deposit was 250 Canadian dollars, which was more expensive than the room rate. It was really unacceptable to let guests sleep on such bed sheets.

After a clean and comfortable rest, we headed to Banff~

The room is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the overall standard is up to the standard of a high-end hotel. The surrounding area is a large lake area, the environment is beautiful and elegant, and it is suitable for summer vacation and leisure. It is recommended to stay here

Everything is fine, except that breakfast ends at 09:30. After a long journey, the car and horse are tiring, and I can't rest in the morning. I set the alarm clock to get up and eat.

房間寬敞舒適，周圍環境也不錯。衹是，我們的房間外牆上有一個像排風系統的機器，聲音很大，而且24小時不帶停的，嚴重影響睡眠。跟客服反饋了，不給換房間衹是給了幾個耳塞，質量還很差，差評。
