Comfortable beds with a refrigerator and microwave. Friendly staff.

Front desk was nice and the Rooms were clean. It’s near the freeway and there’s a supermarket close by.

Only stayed one night, but overall great stay! Front desk check in was smooth and simple and customer service was great!

Ok experience for the stay.

The price is nearly 2,000 yuan, but the hotel experience is very poor. First of all, when booking the room, I deliberately chose to include breakfast, because it is inconvenient to eat in the United States. As a result, I was told that breakfast was not provided after arriving, and the black guy at the front desk was very unfriendly. Obviously, there were not many guests staying, but he chose to give us the last room at the end of the hotel corridor, close to the emergency exit, next to the road, and very noisy. Fortunately, Ctrip’s customer service attitude was very good, and actively helped us to verify and deal with it. After confirming that there was no breakfast, they refunded the breakfast money to me. Although it was not much, it was sincere. In fact, this hotel cannot provide breakfast. There is only a coffee shop similar to Starbucks on the first floor. There is only a 12-dollar set meal when you go there in the morning. You can choose between milk and coffee, an apple or banana, and a sweet muffin. You can’t buy fries or hamburgers. Ctrip’s hotel information is wrong and should be corrected in time, otherwise it will mislead consumers.

The room is clean and comfortable. I stay here every time I go on a business trip to SD. The surrounding environment is safe and within walking distance of plazza, making life convenient.
