I stayed at this hotel for my business travel and I really liked it. It was pretty quiet and the staff were very friendly.

It was ok nothing spectacular only downside is downtown is all tore up by construction, had to switch rooms a few times tvs didn't work. Other than that it was ok

The only thing was/is the a/c was noisy other than that superb,, I’ll stay again.

Well they wanted a credit card didn't take Google pay so didn't stay the lady told me they would refund my money and lied and when trip called they refused to refund it seems all these 3rd party deals not good then they say oll Gove u 10 $ for yrvissues when a room is 120 never again best of luck to u all

I stay here every week for work! It’s off the beaten path but close enough to be within walking distance from the good stuff!

Nice stay overall

The hotel is located in San Antonio city, making it convenient to travel. There is still construction around the hotel. It took some trouble to find the entrance at first, but then I got used to it and it was fine. For breakfast, you need to sit at the table and choose from the menu. The amount is large and you can't finish it.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is super rich and the restaurant waitress is very friendly! I loved this hotel and the prices are very affordable! The air conditioning is very cold and they have a coffee maker and mini fridge! excellent

It's okay, the road was being repaired when I went there, but there are few hotels in the city center that make people feel safe and comfortable, especially the free laundry service provided by the hotel, which is great

The hotel is great! The nameplate shows that it is the 1000th holiday Inn in the world. The breakfast food is richer than other stores, the room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and I have a good rest

Like the last stay... clean, uncomplicated. Good location for River Walk.

The rooms were not very clean and there were cigarette butts everywhere on the balcony. The service was not very friendly.
