It wasn't bad for the price. The staff are very friendly. You must check in by 8pm, after which the staff leaves. If you tell us in advance, they will put your key in the locker at the entrance. The parking lot is located right in front of the hotel and is spacious. The room is quite large and the bathroom is a bit narrow. I had a good rest.

The disadvantage is that it is far from downtown Salz, but since most people use the Salz card, it is not a big problem.

Terrible attitude towards customer. Disappointing accommodation hygiene. The room had bedbug(s) but the hotel handled it poorly. We found a bug in the hotel’s blanket in the mid of the night but no receptionist there to receive our report. We later found a spider and checked out early next morning due to travel schedule and couldn’t meet the receptionist as well to send feedback. We then sent the complaint with photos of the bedbug and the bites on my skin. However, we’ve never received a proper apology from the hotel. They even challenge us to prove the valid of the photos. When we sent the full validation with time and date, they instead of handling the case with a customer-centric manner, defamed and accused us of making up a story to ask for money and sent threats to prevent us from sending review. Very disappointed with how they couldn’t ensure the hygiene of their room and treated their customer badly. Cannot get how they can run service business with such mindset and unprofessional attitude.

The hotel was perfect for my 3 nights in Salzburg. It's a little cute, clean and quiet b&b 10/15 minutes away from the city centre with a very good bus connection. Breakfast was excellent, my room was just perfect, had everything I needed. The chinese restaurant on the ground floor is super good and serves generous portiouns. This was a very comfortable room for our family of 4. Plenty of space as the room was huge. And both the room and bathroom have recently been remodeled, so they were modern and clean. The breakfast was quite good as well. One thing I loved about this hotel was the smell. The owner keeps a large vase of lilies in the lobby that you can smell even from the 3rd floor. Being greeted every time you leave your room by the smell of fresh flowers was a nice touch. The only missing conveniences were an in-room fridge and the front desk is only staffed certain hours of the day. When we arrived, it was closed midday, so we had to wait an hour for them to re-open. But it is clear that had we informed them we were arriving during an off time, they would have assigned us a key lockbox outside and it would not have been a problem getting into the room.

On a recent group trip we stayed here three nights. Our group of 28 used all the rooms during our stay. The top floor was recently renovated. Rooms were comfortable. The first floor rooms have balconies. It was enjoyable to sit out on the balcony in the evening. The beds were comfortable. There was a variety to choose from for breakfast. The jams were especially tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of they way to locate laundry facilities for our group. Public transportation was nearby and convenient.

hotel a little out of town but close to the bus stop that takes you to Salzburg every 20 minutes at a cost of 3 euros p.p. Free but unattended parking. hotel without elevator. good breakfast. courteous staff. However, we were assigned a very small room in the attic which could barely be a single rather than a double, with a tiny, yet comfortable bathroom. no minibar.

Very good hotel. Large parking lot. Not far from the city where you can also park without problem. Very decent breakfast with good products. Air-conditioned and modern room (better than in the photos) Friendly staff willing to help.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights from 7 to 9 December. As soon as I arrived the owner told me that he had given me the room with the balcony, notoriously very useful in December and, something that had never happened to me in my life, he asked me to pay 322 euros immediately instead of 316. I paid and went to my room on the first floor. The room is full of spots of spiders crushed on the walls and some cobwebs. In the bathroom instead of a normal shower there is an old long tub and not even a chair to facilitate its use. To complete the picture, the hotel is located in a depressing area and on the upper floor they didn't stop making noise for even a minute. I didn't try the breakfast which was available for the modest sum of 14 euros. I understand you can't get the Ritz, but at these prices the minimum wage is a clean room. Unfortunately, the hotel where I usually go in Seizenheim wasn't available and I had to fall back on this one, but next time I'll stay home rather than come here.

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und die nächste Haltestelle nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Der nahe Flughafen Salzburg störte nicht! Unser Zimmer hatte vermutlich nicht mehr als 12-13 qm, aber für das reine Übernachten bei einem Kurzaufenthalt, reichte dies vollkommen aus. Wer mehrere Nächte oder eine ganze Urlaubswoche in diesem Hotel verbringen möchte, sollte bei der Buchung nach einem größeren Zimmer fragen. Das Frühstück war recht gut und reichhaltig.

Hotel kamer is erg netjes en schoon. Bedden liggen goed. We hebben een familie kamer met airco erg aangenaam. Kinder lagen op een slaapbank deze lag erg lekker volgend de kids. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was mooi.
