Great option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park. Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out. Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park. The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself. Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.

Amazing! We were staying at the first day of hotel’s work in this year so we say almost empty hotel. Staff was nice, food was great and on top of that we had access to the parks. For that type of the hotel I’d like to get more amenities and products in bathroom. Cleanliness was good thought.

The room on the first floor was too damp! There were a lot of ants. There were almost no facilities in the room. The accommodation experience was average; but the restaurant was very good, especially the dinner, with a rich variety and very cheap; the most convenient thing was that it was almost inside the adventure park, which was great; the tram parking was right next to the lobby and you could charge it for free, which was great. No need to check out, and you saved the queue.

Very cold in the bathroom, no amenities. The room is heated by air conditioning. The staff is not very friendly.

The location is very good, at the entrance of the two amusement parks, which is very suitable for taking children to rest. Ferrari Park is open at 4 pm, so you can play in the Adventure Park, rest and have dinner before going there.

Perfect stay, they gave us the room at 9 in the morning and the hotel with direct entrance from the park. I totally recommend 😉

Everything was great

Everything was perfect but TRIP told me that breakfast was €10 per person and finally they charged us €12 per person (€6 more than what is indicated on the TRIP website).

The hotel is fine and very well located, a bit of a smell of pipes and what I did not like are the dinner shifts since the second is very late that is something new also they do not replenish as much and people were left without dessert

好的地方： 酒店位置很好，環境也很好，可以直接入園，房間夠大，雖然設施老但還算乾淨。酒店內的泳池也很不錯。 不好的地方也很突出： 房間不提供紙巾，連水杯都沒有，很不方便。飲用水要到外面的售賣機自己買，而且極貴，一瓶500ml的水要3歐。前台電話沒人接，酒店服務員態度很好，但是英語水平有限。

總體來講還可以，酒店人員服務態度都很好，房間衞生也還可以，我們的訂單包含三餐，都吃的挺好的，我兒子很喜歡晚餐的意麪和牛扒。我附的圖片是在園區裏面的一個飯館吃的，忘了叫什麼名字了，每個菜都很好吃。
