Copthorne Hotel Manchester Salford Quays Reviews

This is rated 4 stars hotel but if you see the room, it will be otherwise. For me, I will give 2 star max for that room. Consider clean but very old for me. But I didn’t go enjoy other facilities, so cannot comment further.

We booked this because it's near Old Trafford stadium. Good: 1. Friendly staff 2. Nice view 3. Nice breakfast 4. Complimentary drinks 5. Free parking and wifi in room Weak: 1. Room looked old and broken

The hotel needs a bit of renovation but we enjoyed our stay and our room was nice. We didn’t try the breakfast. The nicest part, in my point of view, was the view. Also, the location is a plus.

It's a pleasant place to stay. The restaurant was amazing. Overall it's very neat, good deal for your money.

Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

I am shocked this is a four star hotel. Big hotel but if you call from your room no one answers the phone for reception, operator, room service etc. I tried every number and no one answers the phone. I stayed for 3 days and tried lots of time every day. If you want room service you have to come downstairs and order at the bar.  On last day I asked reception why no one answers the phones and she said there is only one person at reception and if she is dealing at front desk then no one can answer the phone in back room. That is terrible excuse that only 1 person to deal with front desk and phone for such a big hotel. Anyway why is room service not been answered by kitchen etc. The service is terrible. 

I’ve been refused the breakfast and I’ve been changed for early checking I would like to you to consider about this

If its not football we wouldn’t choose this hotel, relatively old hotel

Great location for the victoria warehouse, the purpose of our visit. Big spacious rooms! Has everything you need

The cop Thorne has had a real face lift since our last stay The hotel is welcoming and the staff excellent Plenty of free car park space Good food reasonably priced and excellent breakfast Wii definitely stay again

Near the Quay and an outlet although many of the shops in the outlet have closed.

Convenient location, just 3 min walk from metrolink. Helpful services, good English breakfast buffet. The hotel room is clean with only basic facilities. Good for a few day stay
