Nice, cost effective, clean hotel to stay. Just a minutes walk to my favorite beach in Saipan. Room was large, clean and modern, had a balcony. Would recommend hiring a car but you can manage without one for a few days as well. Positioned off a side street off the main road, there’s a very limited number of restaurant choices and a few grocery markets just a few minutes walk away. Korean chicken restaurant on the ground level of the hotel. Hot/cold water refill available in the lobby along with a microwave. Lift and stairs to access the floors to the hotel. Aircon was ok, WiFi worked very well, mini fridge in room. Can get noisy from other travelers if you’re staying on the same level but to be expected I guess. One thing to note is that a US outlet was only available in the bathroom so you need an adapter to plug your phone next to the bed, which is minor, but worth noting. Overall friendly owner/host, he speaks English and I was able to have an early check in which was more than accommodating and appreciated! I can recommend staying here and would stay again!

Price was in budget range, room and everything in the room was clean and exceptional, service was too notch. would recommend to others.

Hotel staff big brother Hope is really nice, though it took 2 hours for CBP to release me after I arrived at the airport, he picked me up at 4 in the morning anyway. I told him I need a quiet room, so he upgraded my rooms to the best one the hotel could offer, which is really spacious and quiet. I also bought IT&E sim cards from the hotel, and he showed me how to activate and use. Over all, the coverage is good on the island. The trip to Isleta Mañagaha was exciting, Hope contacted a local driver/guide to take me there and take me back. I'm pleased with the 2 days’ stay in the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is a great hotel located in front of a beautiful beach. Whenever you have any inquiries, the friendly staff will promptly assist you. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as various cost-effective and excellent tours arranged by the hotel. They can also arrange taxis for you at a reasonable price. The accommodation prices are very affordable, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The Wi-Fi connection is great, and the air conditioning works well. The hot water supply is also reliable. The rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy a beautiful night sky from the balcony. I believe it would be difficult to find a hotel like this at such a price in Saipan. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a grocery store. Great accommodation, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Saipan again.

Very good hotel

I arrived on a late night flight on the day of check-in, but the hotel door was closed because I forgot to send my flight details. A friend came and contacted me, and I was able to check in safely. Despite arriving late at night, the staff were very kind and I was able to stay comfortably for two days. It's a little far from the central Garapan area, but it's a quiet place near the sea. Thank you for your kindness even I arrived night time I really enjoyed staying Saipan. I'd love to stay next time again🌺

I met many people in Saipan and they were all kind, but the most fun and kind person was the owner of Saipan Shining Star Hotel! He answered my questions and requests right away, recommended Korean taxis, and told me about good restaurants!! Also, the hotel offers pick-up/drop-off service, and most importantly, the view from the room was so good, and the ocean was right behind me, so I could go see the ocean whenever I wanted!!! Plus, there was a market right next door, so I could buy what I needed right away, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Garapan, so there was no reason not to choose this hotel~ And the interior of the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable! It was an environment that I just wanted to stay in Saipan, so I was sad to go back to Korea!! This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Saipan!!

I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, "You can check out slowly." He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal. Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!

The air conditioner was a little hot. The owner was kind, but it didn't seem to be newly built.... It smelled a little and wasn't well maintained....

The first day I arrived in Saipan, I had an early morning flight, so I was looking for a cheap but nice hotel, and this hotel was perfect!! Everything was new because it was newly remodeled~~! It was clean and much bigger than I thought ㅎㅎㅎ I stayed there for two days and it was so great! Above all, the male manager who picked me up at the airport was so kind and fun, and we chatted all the way to the hotel ㅎㅎ (I can speak Chinese) He even let us eat as much mango as we wanted ㅠㅠ~~~~ The next day, he even called a taxi for us if we asked! He was so considerate and guided us while we were tying up, so we had really good memories on the first and second days of our trip 🥰! Oh, right!! It would be really easy to communicate if you can speak Chinese^^~~ This is a genuine review that I paid for myself!!!

The building is relatively new, but the materials are at the motel level. Hair is everywhere and the hygiene is questionable. Except for the fact that the beach is right behind the accommodation, I think the price is expensive. There are plenty of things to enjoy in the city, such as beaches, shops, and restaurants, for this price.
