Lovely hotel right on the lake with a wonderful view. Comfortable room with a great shower! The only meal I had was breakfast and it was a very, very nice buffet. I was only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the facilities more.

Amazing and beautiful place! Near the station, available shuttle service. Highly recommended. Helpful and friendly staff.

It's very conveniently located near the station and the lake. There's no sidewalk leading to the entrance, so there's a steep slope where you have to walk alongside the car, which can be quite dangerous. The room was clean and tidy, with a window facing the lake. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and provided some disposable toiletries like conditioner, a shower cap, and soap (I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't unpack them, so I'm not sure if they included a toothbrush or toothpaste). The entire hotel had a wood-like smell, which I personally didn't like. The pictures were taken in the parking lot at the entrance.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation, especially the lake view room, which is a double enjoyment for both body and mind. The hotel service is in place, there are many restaurant choices, the taste is very authentic and the price is moderate.

The room smells bad. It's quite expensive. Halal food should be provided because there are many Muslim visitors. The breakfast table has been booked for someone else, we ourselves didn't know there was a reservation like that until we finished eating, no one filled the reservation table, it would be better if whoever comes first can choose the dining table. Because it's a waste to reserve but other visitors are disadvantaged.

The only negative review I received from this hotel was that it was far from the city center and very close to the train station. The rooms were small and the service was extremely poor. When I made the reservation, Ctrip only had a room for two people, and it didn’t even mention the lake view. My son is 11 years old, so I wanted to book it first and then check the situation. When I arrived at the front desk, which was very small, the waiter saw that I had a baby. After calculating for a long time, she said that I would add 50 yuan for the lake view and 70 yuan for the baby. I agreed and asked her, can the baby have a bed? She said yes. When I entered the room, it was the highest loft on the 5th floor. The elevator only went to the 4th floor. You had to climb up to the loft by yourself (luckily I didn’t even bring a suitcase with me). The window was about 50-60 centimeters wide, and the room was very small. , then the waiter came, looked at it for a long time, and finally told me that the cheapest price she gave me was a lake view room, so there was no extra bed. I said this room was too small. Is it not possible to add an extra bed? I could Change room? At that time, I clicked on the room on Ctrip and asked her if I could change. She said no, there was no room. I think it was written on Ctrip why they said no, but they ignored me and refused to communicate with me later. They wanted to talk to my daughter. Finally, I said, you said you can add an extra bed, and the woman said sorry, and then Just left. I was so angry that I complained directly. After I finished, I ran out for a walk, and then the climax came. At night, I came back, and I asked my daughter to call and ask them to send me a quilt and pillow. She called and asked and said she wanted it. I went down to get it, and I said go ahead, and the baby went down. After a while, she came up very angry and said that she had been replaced by a different waiter. I asked her about her complaint and said that the room she was given was a lake view room, and then she said that the stairs were too narrow. The quilt can't be taken up, so I won't take it. I immediately called to ask why not. I had already paid for three people. Even if there was no bed, not even quilts and pillows? The woman came back to question me about my complaint and said that I was given a lake view room. I asked about the extra bed. You calculated the cost for half a day. I said that there was no extra bed for two people and the breakfast cost was 20. Damn, you said no, she is 11 years old, she cannot sleep in the bed for two people, she has to pay for an extra bed, where is the bed? The same goes for the lake view room. You charged me 50 Swiss Fa (I read it, the one with lake view was probably more than 200 yuan more expensive at that time), and then gave me a small attic room. I asked if I could change the room since I couldn't add an extra bed. The waiter said it was not possible, and then said sorry to solve all problems. Now I want a quilt and you said you can’t get it? Finally the woman said she didn't know about the room. I asked if the quilt could be brought up. She said yes and brought it to me later. This was really the first time I encountered such poor service. I spent more than 4,000 in total to stay in a loft room, and I was furious. Finally, I would like to thank Ctrip. Ctrip's service is very good. Complaints are responded to and compensation is provided. Although it is not much, it can make me feel comfortable for a while.
