Awful place which despite technical error on website.causinf booking error, this place refused to allow even a partial refund even with plenty of notice over a month. Horrid customer service, stay away!

Greeted by a machine to check in. Far from what we might call the City Centre, although I was informed that it was, just not the 'Old Town' If travelling by feet from the train station it's a very long walk. When reception opened after I'd recovered from the walk the receptionist directed me to the wrong bus stop to get into the Old town. It's located on the edge of a shopping centre (see photo) The room and bathroom were clean and OK facility wise.

Good, clean place with easy access to a shopping centre. Check in was simple and the man on the front desk was extremely helpful A short drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit and a great breakfast served in the morning. Un endroit agréable et propre, avec un accès facile à un centre commercial. L'enregistrement a été simple et le réceptionniste était extrêmement serviable. À quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les attractions que nous souhaitions visiter, et un excellent petit-déjeuner servi le matin.

Good location. Can get bus line 2 from train station to the hotel easily. There is supermarket nearby. Convention for traveling with public transportation.

The welcome is pleasant Lack of security Far from everything, a 50-minute walk from the citadel and the beach. Cleanliness is poor.

Correct everything

It's a 20-25 minute walk from the train station and almost 45 minutes from the Intramuros area, but it's well worth it for the tranquility, the comfortable room even though it's small, the breakfast, and the overall price. I would definitely return.

I'll talk about Trip.com: upon arrival at the hotel, it was impossible to use the check-in robot (outside of reception opening hours). Someone was kind enough to help us. After some research, your organization had booked me 3 ROOMS in the same name and for the same period. TRIP and NULL.

There is a supermarket outside, McDonald's opposite, and the bus station is 2/3 minutes away from the train station.

Booked for the chartered driver, very good

💯I highly recommend it, even close to all services, very quiet and clean.
