Location was good. Close to bus station and railway station. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Had kettle and microwave.

The location is convenient, the breakfast is good but the staff is not very friendly and helpful, also the parking entrance is not noticeable if u are the first time here.

It was the perfect spot for our overnight trip to St Gallen. Closely located near a main train station with good connections into town. Plenty of blue zone parking around the area, which works well if you are coming for an over night trip. You also have the option to park at the hotel for an additional cost. We opted to buy a day ticket for the blue zone area.

Just a 1 night stay but very convenient. Rooms are small but nice. Bed is comfortable. Parking is easy outside at defined zones.

I booked this hotel without checking it carefully. I realized it within 10 seconds and contacted Ctrip to negotiate a refund, but it was already impossible to change it. I lost money in vain.

Breakfast has too few choices, no drinking water for customers and toothbrushes for this price. Should have drinking water and toothbrushes at the hotel, but I stay here every month.

Great hotel for one night or more. Very nice staff.

The location is a bit remote, in the suburbs, but everything else is OK. If you have a Swiss pass, you can stay here. The service is OK, but you are not allowed to check in early, but you can store your luggage. There is a big supermarket nearby.

I recommend coming here. The room is clean and the space is comfortable. There are restaurants and Migro nearby. It is next to the station. There is a lot of space on the first floor. You can take out and eat. The service staff are very friendly.

The hotel was clean and I liked that it was downtown.

The surrounding facilities are good. Good breakfast

A bit away from the center; everything is still fairly new; clean; unfortunately no air conditioning. Martine at the reception is excellent.

There is a parking lot, but the location is quite remote
