Convenience and Location!! This hotel offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phuket. It is located about 100 meters from the beach. The base of the hotel has a gym, laundry service, and NIGHT MARKET! Out of conveince we at at the market under the hotel most evenings. It was just too convenient. Additionally, there is a 7-11 across the street for all your other needs. Hotel itself has a rooftop pool accompanied by great staff that got us checked in early and helped us arrange plans throughout the trip, free of charge. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great hotel on a moderate budget.

All the staffing was super kind and very accommodating. Very central location in phuket 30min to old town, 20min to Patong Beach, kata etc. Great stay for the family if you're staying for a long visit. Feels very like an apartment condo. Would have been nice to get a microwave in the room with some dishes bowls and spoons. For the price can't complain. The view of patong was beautiful and a great way to immerse yourself in the culture.

Advantages: The yard is nice, not facing the street, and quiet at night. Disadvantages: The breakfast is monotonous, the same food every day, the facilities are not complete, there are no small towels on the first day of check-in, only bath towels, the location is a bit remote, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Jiangxi Leng, there is no 711 at the door, and it is troublesome to buy things. Overall, if you treat it as a homestay, it is a quiet and beautiful small yard. If it is based on hotel standards, there are really too many complaints. In addition, when I booked it half a month ago, it was almost 600 per room, and when I checked in, it was only 320 on the Internet. If I booked it at 320, I could have digested the above negative reviews myself.

Don’t expect much, it’s a very basic place. Just enough for you to rest. Water would be a problem on the upper floors but mine was OK ✅ I didn’t get heating for a bit but my friends stayed at the 4th floor and got no water at all. Location wise, it’s quite convenient. Just a few mins walk to Bangla Rd. There’s not much on the street itself tho, you’d have to walk out to the main road for food and other things.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Its location, just 2 km from Patong Beach, was convenient. However, the noise levels made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. For the price, there are other hotels in the area that might offer better value.

Bed was a bit hard. The whole time the bathroom floor was wet because the water came from the roof. The bedroom door didn’t inspire confidence.

Enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. A much better location to the beach, restaurants/ eateries, clean massages and shopping than the Holiday Inn resort. The breakfast was great a lot of variety and the food was fresh, the egg stations made great omelettes 👍🏼. Front office staff needs to be better trained especially the night shift crew, I needed help 1 night when I realised my lights in the room could not be switched on even after placing my key card in, she was SHOUTING on the phone that I needed to put my card in. Which I already did. Anyway, I requested for a maintenance crew to help and she used another card and it worked. 👍🏼 That front office staff seemed sheepish when she saw me but no apology for her rude shouting on the phone. I am guessing she had a very bad evening or insufficient sleep to work at the night shift causing the RUDE outburst. Other than that it was great👍🏼👍🏼.. Holiday Inn Express, please take care of your staff’s mental wellness. 😟😔

We stayed in the private villa and were SO impressed. The room was big and the pool was so nice. They welcomed us with cake on our honeymoon and even offered to let us check in earlier for free. The staff was exceptional at helping with any requests and we truly felt like everything was taken care of. Patong is not for us but would return solely for this room.

I booked this for my girlfriend and she has the best moment ! The rooms were huge , the food was amazing . The breakfast was fantastic! Next time I will travel with her
