It’s a very clean and tidy hotel in Battambang . Great for travellers with family members as it’s children friendly .  It’s near to riverside walk and food stalls and restaurants are nearby .

My stay at this hotel was far from ideal, though it had a few positives. The location is not too far from the city center, but the surrounding area is quiet and lacks restaurants or cafes. Being next to a temple offers a nice view from some rooms, but it also means an unavoidable 7:00 AM wake-up call from the temple’s alarm for monks. The biggest issues were the cleanliness and facilities—my room was full of ants, the bathroom drainage was clogged, and there was no safe box. The air conditioning was too strong and couldn’t be adjusted away from the bed, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, no breakfast was offered, not even for an extra charge, so I had to take a tuktuk to the city center every morning. On the positive side, the room was spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with basic necessities. The price was reasonable, but given the drawbacks, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was simple but everything in god working order (aircon, hot water shower, mini fridge). Bed linen and pillows of high quality and spotlessly clean. Room was very quiet and sleep well. When leaving, my friend who was going to puck me up, was unable. Staff at reception organized a taxi for me which arrived within ten minutes. Most grateful. For the money, well worth it. No restaurant on site but some great cafes near by and easy to access with a TukTuk.

This property offers a large room with a very comfortable bed. My room was on the 6th floor and offered a lovely view of the area. The amenities are as described. There's lots of hot water from the sink and shower. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Good central location, just a short walk to central area. Really clean room with all the facilities we needed.

The amenities correspond to the description. absolutely clean. But I didn't like the attitude of the staff towards the guests. Upon arrival, they don’t explain or show anything. During your stay, the staff not only does not say hello, but does not even turn their heads in your direction when you pass by. Such a complete ignore

The hotel is good but the service is a bit messy. Someone knocked my room at very late night while I was sleeping.

Very clean hotel. Location is great, close to the river and many streets food around WiFi is very very bad, easily disconnected.

Overall you can’t beat this hotel. The value for money is worth it.

Clean and comfortable hotel a quick walk from some nice restaurants near the river. The room was large and clean with a desk, fridge and balcony that from the 5th floor had a beautiful view! It’s easy to get a Tuk Tuk to the Bamboo train or the bat caves (definitely worth a visit). There was always someone at the desk and we felt safe. The internet wasn’t perfect so I would recommend having your own SIM card if you plan to do online work . Would recommend!

Good hotel for a stay in Battambang. The price was great for the accommodations. The service was good, the staff was friendly and the location is near the riverside area. I did not eat at the hotel, but did eat at some nearby places that I liked. Gloria Jeans Coffee is just down the street from The Emerald BB. I ate at The River restaurant by the riverside in Battambang, which is relatively close to The Emerald BB Batambang.
