"Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

"We stayed one night only and missed the night market, but hotel is well located with fruits retailers all away and easily accessible to ferry and train station. Hotel is clean and room size is big, staff services is also kind and helpful. Breakfast is also good with lot of local cuisines available. One of the best choices in local area we reckon."

"This was my first time staying here. The room and lobby were very clean. I found the breakfast more Chinese-style. It was delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The hot springs and swimming pools were great; I really loved them. The facilities are quite extensive, and I loved the hot springs, pool, and spa. The hot springs were simply wonderful. I'll definitely be back. There's a convenience store nearby, so it's quite convenient for shopping."

"The hotel's special hot springs are really good, I think the public hot springs are very good, but the bathroom is really smelly and dirty. But the room is really old, it is for the soup house on the ground floor, there are external scenery windows, but not next to the public hot springs that were originally expected. The counter said that it helped me upgrade, but I didn't feel too upgraded. It felt like I originally booked it. "We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean."

"Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services."

"The resort hotel is well-equipped and has a shuttle bus service to and from the train station, making it conveniently located. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection. My room on the 5th floor had a great view from the balcony; I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance."

"Our stay from Friday to Saturday was fantastic! It truly lives up to its five-star rating. Even the front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and articulate. The hotel's facilities and activities were excellent too; you could easily arrive around noon and spend the whole day enjoying everything it offers. It's suitable for all ages. Our room was spacious, clean, and meticulously tidy. Guests have the option of using either the indoor or outdoor hot springs, and you can even enjoy them in your own room, as the water source is the same. The indoor hot spring area also features massage chairs. The breakfast spread was very generous and varied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zhiben!"
