No indications to check in, bed suits are clean but the room is a bit dirty and all the walls are stained.. AC work well Costly for this type of room

Terrible, charged 24 euros to check in late, despite being told it was only 10 euros. Photos are outdated and cleanliness was a real issue. Room is small, outdated and unkept. 20 min walk from Rome Termini so not too bad regards to location but honestly I've spent less and got way more. Don't stay here.

The environment is really bad. The photos of the room are already very beautiful. The iron bed is like the lowest-grade guesthouse or labor camp. The curtains are tied with ropes, and the windows are covered with stickers. The quilt is only a thin sheet, which is very cold in the winter in Europe. The window is also drafty. There are girls' hair on the bed. I wanted to leave after checking in for ten minutes.

Overall a good hotel for the money, close to the metro, clean bedding, soap, shower gel, shampoos, everything is there, there is a kettle and a hairdryer

Old and run-down structure. For luggage storage, until 4:00 pm, paid €6. Never paid to leave luggage in the luggage room. IT IS BETTER TO GO ELSEWHERE.

The facilities were in poor condition, the bedding did not look very clean, arriving was a bit chaotic, I called and they could not agree well, we were waiting for a while at the entrance.

Clean but noisy, low hot water, unstable water flow, everything else is normal.

The address is OK, there is a small balcony to hang clothes, the mattress is a spring mattress, not comfortable

The hair dryer was broken, so I asked for repair or replacement, but there was no change after the answer. Stayed 3 nights. there are ants Air conditioner works well

The rooms are not as they appear in the photos, they are much smaller and outdated. We reserved and paid for 3 people (2 adults and a child under 16 years of age) and there was a confusion between the intermediary and the owner and they gave us a room with a double bed in which the 3 of us had to sleep and the owner tells me that He lets me sleep there as a favor and if I'm not interested, I can look for something else, but the next day he changes us for a supplement of 50 euros and when the next day he arrives he says that he doesn't have a room and that he will have to look for another hotel in Rome. Finally, the 3 of us stayed the other night in the double bed. The owner was not friendly or professional at all and made our stay in Rome stressful.

The hotel is terrible, poorly maintained, there were insects on the sheets. Cleaning was not well done, there was hair in the bathroom. Wifi offered, barely catches in the hallway. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

La estancia es moderna y con todas las facilidades. El baño está muy bien y dispone de aire acondicionado. La ubicación es tranquila, es decir, algo alejada del bullicioso centro pero tienes cerca parada del metro/bus directo y zona de copas justo detras. Mejoraría la forma de contactar: te enteras nada mas llegar a la puerta por un folio escrito a mano en la puerta de la calle. Podrían adelantar esa información o facilitar por la agencia el numero de teléfono (obligatorio saber ingles/italiano)

Dirty room and bathroom, cheap old furniture and everything had an awful smell with mold to accompany. This should fail any hotel standards. Get a refund if you've booked. Even had someone's blood on the wall

This hotel was an absolute waste of money. Even if you are cheap travelling. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Room was filthy, noisy and genuinely appauling. Save your money and buy a tent. We left after two days. The best thing about it was leaving. Please avoid.
