For a 4 stars hotel, I am actually quite disappointed at the standard of service. It is an expensive hotel but it only offered Taurus class facilities. The breakfast is not impressive, the room are small, the service lurk warmed at best! For the price I pay I expected much more.

We liked this hotel , its close to all the touristic spots , next to metro and train station and same time away from all the crowds :))rooms are clean , hotel has a beautiful garden and we were lucky enough to get a later check-out

Stain on the chair, shower can be more clean, dustbin wasn’t clear every day, bedsheets were not changed during the stay Good location as with the bus stop down the hotel, can be in central area in 15/20min Not much service provided and free water only for the first night, they don’t want to provide free bottle of water for the next nights whereas the price per night was the same

We love our hotel here in Rome - in the heart of Ancient Rome city. First time in Rome but thanks for the location here, we easy to move around everywhere by foot ~ Also love the complimentary wine bottle that hotel gave us 🍷 absolutely recommended for all who gonna travel to Rome ~

The location of the hotel was great. If you are a lonely traveller or a couple it might be great for you. There is a market, metro station and bus station nearby. The staff were nice. If you are a family with a small child I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Our room was very old. The bathroom was small. The front door is not suitable for a stroller it must be modified in every passage. There is stairs everywhere in the hotel so you should carry your stroller. Sometimes the elevators don’t work. The breakfast lacks many options. If you like croissant and coffea you can be happy with it but if you want boiled egg for your kid you must pay extra eventhough you have already paid for breakfast. The choices don’t change. There are smashed egg, bacon, sausage everyday. I won’t recommend this hotel for a family with small child.

Booked for family of 4, overall satisfactory stay though noise insulation not the best.

Convenient locatio,n clean and spacious room we had the junior suite.

Really nice hotel with Roman charm, really good breakfast in a great location. Next to the opera and close to the train station.

Very nice classy Italian hotel, has his own history and amazing design I arrived at 13:30 and worker at reception was so nice and checked me in. The room was huge with nice view to the main street. All furniture a bit old but hotel has a real style, I like it a lot Very good cosmetics in bathroom. Breakfast is ok

Hotel was located around 10-15 mins walk from the Roma Termini. It was located near bus stops with services to takes you to famous sights such Pantheon and Vatican city. The hotel had the classic rotating doors and decors that one would see in those renaissance eras. Room was well sized and with wooden flooring. Housekeeping also keep room clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with a wide spread of bread, cakes and even donuts which you can fill up with nutella and jam. There was an outdoor glass space with plenty of sunlight and warmer are place for those colders days.

Was informed that AC is not working for 15 days only after we asked. They suggest we open the windows for our stay. Alternatively they can supply a fan. No fan came during the whole stay so we had too open window. . Hotel was along main road so every nigh is noisy. . Front desk service was not helpful. Only book if you want location. Otherwise I do not recommend this hotel.

1) Location was perfect - 10-15 minutes walk from Termini train station and main attractions. 2) Room was extremely clean - housekeeper put a seal on the toilet seat. 3) Dinning room overlooks a beautiful courtyard. 4) Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect with the stay.
