So good place and very nice service but it so far from the center

Excellent service, good breakfast, clean room and nice pool.

Hotel complex is showing its age, nice staff. Location is good if you have business outside of Rome. For me as a volunteer at the Ryder Cup, great location.

It's the third time in this hotel which I always choose for location. The room this time was a standard one but maybe it was better than the superior one. Always good breakfast and friendly staff

Cleanliness is good, breakfast is good! The waiters at the front desk have attentive service!

Everything was great. Room was excellent. The most comfortable bed. Only bad thing is that restaurant was not working due holidays.

Hotel was definitely not what we expected and different from advertised. Arrived at hotel to be told too early for check in although this was not stated on any booking details. Waited in lobby for room to be ready. Was quite disappointed in room. Advertised as a 4 star but really 2 star at best. Room was relatively clean but very basic. The view was a busy road and a balcony area that was directly on to the fire exit. Planters with no plants etc. not very appealing to the eye. We booked this hotel as it has a pool but was informed by another guest that pool was closed and drained. When asked at reception no explanation was given. Pretty poor given the fact this advertised as a 4 star hotel with a pool. Location is also quite far out and 35 minutes drive by car. We paid extra to add breakfast and this was also lacking. Although we had a good break I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Bar/breakfast area also closed most of the time we passed it. Staff on reception would say hello but not friendly or helpful when asked for information.

A bit off the beaten track, but handy to the airport. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant was Italian and the food was delicious. The waiter on our two nights eating there was a surly bugger, didn't like any interuptions to his normal routine and didn't hesitate to voice his displeasure. Other than that, an enjoyable stay

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Especially Martha and Giulia who did their utmost best to pamper the guests with breakfast. The location is not really the best but okay for travelling. Also good food at Pappa Reale for a fair price.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great food at restaurant. Only downfall is location. Far distance from city centre and airport.

We were very pleasantly impressed by this hotel, by the cleanliness, by the very kind staff, by the swimming pool. However, we were very sorry that the hotel restaurant was closed... still, dinner could be served in the breakfast restaurant. We will definitely be back.

The reception was wonderful, they upgraded or room, gave us great instruction to where we could park our vehicle if we wanted to visit the historical area of Rome. The pool was big, clean and beautiful. We had breakfast included and they had a great selection to pick from. Our overall experience was exceptional. Will definitely stay there again if I`m back in Rome. Please note that is at least 20 minutes from the center of Rome and you definitely need a car to get around.

Myself and two friends drove from the Uk to find some sunshine all was well until we stayed at Hotel la Giocca. Pool staff were rude. Breakfast was extremely poor with flies on the cold meats and over boiled eggs to the point they were blue. Also the hotel have kindly helped themselves to the payment for the room twice which was brilliant as I didn’t need the extra £130 anyway . Check out is at 12pm but the staff let themselves into our room one hour before while we were in the pool so we had even more hassle.

Everything was nice and good. Probably one of the most comfortable bed for sleeping (at least for me and my back). Only thing that you can change is to start with breakfast earlier. For people that should be at work at 7 is not so convinient. But in general very good experience. Will be happy to come back.
