The location is suitable for us. After the airport bus arrives in the city, it takes 🚶🏻10-15 minutes to walk to the hotel🏨, and when leaving, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station🚉. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and introduced the tourist attractions in Rome in detail on the map🗺️. The hotel 🏨 is a bit old, with an old-fashioned elevator. The room is keyed 🔑. The room is not big, but it is well-equipped. Two bottles of mineral water and coffee are provided every day☕. Rome is not big, and the attractions are within walking distance.

Nice room, clean bathroom, staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good, easy access to taxi, it was able to pick me up right at front door . The door was secure, elevator available to carry luggage to the top floor or move people with limited mobility.

Roberto was a very kind host and told about the sights and all the possibilities in Rome. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you! The room was spacious, very clean, cleaned regularly, water refilled, towels changed and so on. The best accommodation in Italy!

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. Location can not be better. Very well comunicate and close to everything. Incredibile nice and executive (Roberto). We got a not of Information and recomendations regarding our visit to Rome. I definitely will return!

We booked a room here for one night at very short notice after our travel plans changed and Roberto could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We arrived fairly late in the evening and he was there to greet us, give us a very helpful explanation of the city of Rome and an annotated map, and to show us to our room. I thought the picture with the room’s view on the advertisement was fake but was pleasantly surprised to see the exact same view of the Santa Maria basilica out the window. Comfy bed, good AC, ample storage, modern bathroom facilities and most importantly - very clean. Thank you Roberto for being such a lovely host and letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation. We hope to see you again in the future and wish you all the best in life.

The hotel is located very close to Termini station (approx. 300 ml), without being in the noisy area (near the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore). The metro station is 200 m away. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean. Roberto is an extremely hospitable person, and his tips was very helpful.

Large room with small balcony, GREAT LOCATION, short walk from Termini train station. Bathroom is small/dark, but the room itself is quite roomy. Was clean. A few english TV channels (BBC). Has an elevator, very nice old fashioned kind, works perfectly and is very beautiful. The building itself is grand and stately. If the host himself is not available at the time of check in, there is a nice lady who will help check you in , she does not speak english but she's cheerful and we were able to communicate. It is a simple/basic room but has everything you need, and is very convenient for getting to/from the train station. Walking distance to most of the big tourist sites. Walking distance to several metro/subway stations, so it is an ideal base for exploring Rome.

Ottimo Hotel, situato vicino a Roma Termini in una via tranquilla. Tutti i luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi o servendosi della metropolitata a pochi metri dall'Hotel (stazione Vittorio Emanuele) o direttamente a Termini. Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Roberto, il proprietario,persona molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Consigliatissimo per visitare la città. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Le recensioni precedenti giá positive e la posizione strategica mi hanno portato a prenotare questo delizioso hotel nelle immediate vicinanze di Roma Termini. La primissima piacevole scoperta è stata che la stanza vista dalle foto su internet corrispondeva perfettamente alla stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Due letti molto comodi, il bagno piccolino ma pulito e con una cabina doccia spaziosa, i servizi essenziali garantiti (come set di asciugamani, prese della corrente funzionanti) e la silenziosità dal rumore del traffico esterno hanno reso questo breve soggiorno una vera e propria coccola. La stanza è bella spaziosa perché giá dalla foto è ben evidente un divano a due posti. Inoltre il proprietario Roberto è stato gentile fin dal primo incontro. Ci ha dato alcuni consigli per il nostro giro di Roma e si è reso disponibile anche per farci lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out in quanto avevamo il bus di ritorno la sera alle 20:00, evitando così di lasciargli in un deposito bagagli esterno. Che dire, se dovessimo tornare a Roma soggiorneremo di nuovo qui considerando anche l'ottimo prezzo e i comfort ricevuti. Giacomo e Claudia.
