Hotel Champagne Palace Reviews

Had a bit of a mix up at first resulting in us getting charged extra but trip.com thankfully sorted it. Hotel was overall very nice and a very convenient location.

Most of the existing reviews are quite accurate… this hotel is for a short stay, for sleeping only and nothing else. The price is good but don’t expect too much for the 4-star rating. Amazing location. Not dirty but not the cleanest hotel ever. The staff are neutral. You can deposit the bags but in the bar (seemingly) without much supervision. If you are looking for a very comfortable and luxurious stay with your couple, i would pay more and go to other hotels. But, if you are not looking forward to spend much time in the hotel and experience the city to the fullest hours, this is quite a good choice.

The staff was very good! The single room was too small- no window, much noise, no comfort for the given price. The location is comfortable for transport. I will choose other room

The hotel is fine, but do not book it if you are expecting a four star hotel as advertised, it is no more than a 3 star. For the location and price cannot complain however, working aircon during summer was a plus too.

Well, started off with the terrible night shift employee who seemed barely bothered about the guests, his attitude was relentless, and his behaviour is not really appreciated, and had to ring him to ask for basic information which should be provided at the time of check in however he didn’t, not only him I believe it’s the property culture of not treating guest well, I had to stay here because of the location but if I’m in next time I would definitely choose Airbnb or nearby hotels. Cheers.

Location is good,close to termini, a bit particular area in late night, but very well connected The hotel is very old, carpet on the floor dated probably in the 80's , room is a all They should renovate it, as it doesn't not seems a 4 star at hotel. For a male solo traveler is perfect , do not recommend for couples.

The place is amazing near the train station, lots of shops nearby and staffs are very accommodating.

Great services and excellent customer support. Room wasn’t too small and the toilet is clean. Airflow is good and unique style of building.

First of all, they scam you by saying they have a private parking lot. There is no cleaning or anything. The location is a drug dealer's place after 8-9pm. I strongly do not recommend it.

The first time in my life I heard that check out should be sharp at 10 am and no flexibility. Even the first day they have accepted 11 am, during check out they rejected. The walls of the room were dirty and needs painting. Strange people were around the hotel, not a safe area in the evening and night.

The location is excellent and cleanness is good. However, the staff members are very good. Especially, the person in Reception from 03-09. His name is Jibon. Very good and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, superb service amazing specially Eliza the manager who always helps us everytime even call us taxi and helps us for our luggages.
